HIGHLIGHTS:

*See the world famous leaning tower of Pisa
*Discover the wonders of the ancient city of Lucca
*Learn all about the fascinating history of the old town’s city walls

Everyone knows the tower of Pisa. We’ve all seen our friends and family pose in funny photographs where they pretend to keep the majestic construction from toppling over. But often the curious tower steals the show from the many other wonders of Pisa. With this tour you will see and learn about all the most important parts of this town.

But that’s far from everything; this tour then continues to the fascinating city of Lucca, guaranteed to be one of the most charming places you’ve seen. The city walls still stand at what used to be the city’s limit before it overflowed and sprawled in all directions. Having lost their military significance, the walls now constitute a gorgeous promenade that encompasses the old town. They were used for a time in the 20th century for racing cars, but now they still stand, intact, for tourists and locals to marvel at, their beauty emphasised by the many trees that surround them.
