Pick up from hotels in Blantyre to Majete Wildlife Reserve. The drive will take an hour and 30 minutes.
Arrive in Majete, transferred into Game Viewing vehicle guided by a professional wildlife guide. From the high vintage point in this vehicle and with the sharp eyes of the guide you will have a good chance to spot the different animals that inhabit Majete. The game drive will take two and a half hours.
Majete Wildlife Reserve covers 700 square km and it is located in Malawi. It is about 70km south west of Blantyre which is the nearest town with an international airport.
It is the only wildlife reserve with the big five and 300 species of birds. Over 4000 animals roam the Reserve from 30 different species including Elephants, black rhinos, leopards, buffalos, hippos, elands, sables, crocodiles, lions and zebras.
