A stop at one of these beaches will allow you to feel the soft sand between your toes and the warm tropical water on your skin.
All aboard once more, we sail away into the blue and wend our way along the scenic west coast where we put down anchor and allow you to dip your toes in the tranquil waters or top-up your tan, on yet another beach in paradise.
While you soak in the warmth of the sun a tasty lobster-lunch buffet is being prepared. Come on board and taste the succulent lobster, sip on a glass of sparkling wine and relax in the company of like-minded travellers. Enjoy the open bar, listen to the rhythms of a Caribbean melody and realize you really are in paradise.
The Mystic Catamaran will sail you back along the coast ahead of warm tropical breezes, taking you back to port relaxed and waiting to do it all over again.

Travel through the centre of Antigua by way of a number of small, quaint villages, enroute to the historic Lord Nelson’s Dockyard. At the Dockyard you will visit the Nelson’s Museum after which one will have a close up look at a number of modern-day most expensive sailing yachts. Amidst the relics of the Dockyard’s interesting, old buildings; then travel to Shirley’s Heights once used as the lookout to protect the Nelson’s Dockyard. It’s a view you would not like to miss. Also, visit the Interpretation Centre where you will experience the Antiguan culture and heritage in movie style. While at Shirley Heights you can see, on a clear day some neighbouring islands—to name a few, Montserrat and French Guadeloupe. Make sure to take a camera. After Shirley’s Heights you will be taken to the tropical side of the island where you will be shown a number of different kinds of vegetable and fruits cultivated on the hillside of the rain forest. The Antigua black pineapple is grown on that side of the island. Drive on the Caribbean Coastline and see some of the most beautiful beaches enroute to final destination
Relax on deck, be pampered and prepare yourself for a carefree, fun filled, day-long excursion. As we glide over the turquoise Caribbean waters, you will see palm fringed white-sandy beaches, tropical marine life and neighboring Caribbean islands. We anchor in a beautiful bay where you can snorkel at Cades reef nearby. Here tropical marine life can be viewed at its best (providing the fish behave).
Aboard the ‘Mystic’ once more we sail around to another pristine beach with crystal waters where you can dip your toes, top-up your tan or just relax in the warm tropical breeze.
Our friendly and professional crew will serve you cool beverages throughout the day, whatever your preference, fruit punch, soft drinks, water or rum punch, you will begin to slip into the rhythm of the island. A delicious Caribbean style bar-b-que buffet lunch awaits you onboard after which we begin to sail back to Carlisle Bay.

Back on board the dingy, and you’re taken to Bird Island where you’ll snorkel or have a refreshing swim in the warm turquoise waters.

Dickenson Bay and Runaway Bay, located along the island's developed northwestern coast, are the place to go for those who want the fully-loaded resort beach experience. The beaches most convenient to St. John's are Fort James, a locally-popular public beach, and Deep Bay.
Galley Bay attracts surfers during the winter months and a joggers during the evening. The series of four crescent beaches at Hawksbill are also highly regarded, then stop in St. John’s for Duty-free shopping at Heritage Quay and Vendor’s Mall. Enjoy a 90 min sea voyage with all that cruising has to offer. Allow the ‘Excellence’ to take you across to Barbuda, whilst you take in the vistas of the ocean, relaxing back with a cool drink of your choice.
Seeing Barbuda by boat is the best way to enjoy the nature island and its beaches. We cruise up along Low Bay, a 17 mile beach, where in season, turtle tracks will be visible, as some species may return every two weeks or so to lay up to 30 nests of 300 eggs.
At Low Bay, the Excellence will come up on the beach, and lower a beach ladder to allow disembarkation. At this point you are free to bask in the warm turquoise water or come with the group across to ""Codrington Lagoon"". Here Barbudan guides will be waiting with their small boats to whisk you across the lagoon and into the heart of the mangroves to see the world’s largest Frigate bird colony.
You will get very close to these huge birds and the Barbudan guides will enchant you with their local knowledge and observations of the life of the “Man ‘O’ War” bird, and maybe entice you to hold a jelly fish in this natural haven.
Once back to the beach a delicious Caribbean style lunch will have been prepared by the crew on board the Excellence. After lunch work on your Golden suntan. Swim in the warm water and allow your mind to drift away in this idyllic paradise.

This fun filled day will lead you to the south west coast, the rainforest and the southeastern side of Antigua, where you will enjoy some spectacular stops, including a unique visit with the friendly donkeys at the sanctuary. A Caribbean lunch is served at the Roadside Café in Newfield Village, and then it is onto isolated Willoughby Bay with its stunning crystal waters and coral reefs.
The mystique of Half moon bay will entrance you while we stop for a refreshing swim in the calmer side of this world famous beach and its warm turquoise waters.
Visit to the Antigua/Barbuda Museum. Drive up to the St. John’s Cathedral which was erected in the 1800’s. Visit the Antigua & Barbuda Archives. Enjoy a panoramic view of the City from Mount St. Johns. By way of some of Antigua’s Villages visit the Botanical Gardens in Bendals Village. On the way back stop by the St. John’s Vegetable Market and Vendors' Mall. In the City of St. John’s you will be delighted with the variety of shops at the Heritage Quay and Redcliffe Quaywhere you will enjoy duty-free shopping.
