Glass Bottom Snorkel is the easiest way to snorkel, you will be able to breathe through your mouth and nose. It is a floating raft with a large lens that will allow you to see the seabed without having to put your head in the water. Many people are just not comfortable floating face-down, semi-submerged, in deep water while breathing through a snorkel and clearing a leaky mask. Conventional 'snorkeling gear' just doesn't meet the needs of millions of people. And the dive and snorkel industry has ignored this market....until now.

With the Glass Bottom Snorkeling, you float above the water. Your face doesn't need to be submerged, yet you see every bit as well as if you wore a snorkel and mask. The neoprene 'dry' mask blocks out all ambient light and distracting reflections allowing your eyes to see greater detail of the underwater environment. You provide the propulsion with your hands and feet.

The durable Glass Bottom Snorkeling provides the same excellent view as snorkeling but without the leaky mask and snorkel tube. And it is not just for tropical climates. In cooler water, it allows you to stay on-the-water longer, rather than in-the-water, reducing fatigue, exposure and discomfort.

This half day excursion covers the main attractions of the south of Lanzarote. First we will visit one of the main natural attractions of the island, the Timanfaya Natural Park where there are over 300 volcanoes. This primitive landscape, almost like something from another planet, cannot fail to impress. You will be able to take all the photos you want as we cross the wild, rocky landscapes towards the summit of the Hilario’s Plateau.

There you will be witness to different geothermic experiments demonstrating the intense subterranean heat, how water is converted into steaming geysers and how bushes burst into flames and we will do a photo-stop on the place where the camels are (camel ride opportunity, not included in price).

Then we will visit La Geria, another zone affected by volcanic activity where you will be able to appreciate the ingenuity of the local people in making the most out of this arid landscape. Here, in Lanzarote’s main wine-growing region, you will be able to try some of the island’s finest wines at a free wine tasting. Return to the picking-up points.

Starting in Morro Jable, we will begin our route towards the viewpoint of Cofete, one of the biggest beaches in the Canary Islands, where you will be able to witness a magnificent visual spectacle when the intrepid waves confront the infinite extension of sand. However, you must first drive across an exhilarating dirt track, to approach wild and deserted areas, which still maintain their historic charm, such as Punta Pesebre, which we will visit before reaching the lighthouse of Punta Jandía, built in the XIX century, making it one of the first lighthouses ever built in the Canary Islands, where its museum will allow us to learn further in depth the poignant history of Jandía.

Before continuing our excursion, we will stop for lunch in “El Puertito”, where a delicious selection of Canarian tapas and paella await our arrival. Following this break, we will set off on our last part of the excursion, but this time, driving through the intrepid roads of the East of Jandía, visiting small hidden bays, where we will also stop to have a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters.
