Fancy a change of scenery one evening? Then take a trip to Dalyan. This charming town has bagged a lovely spot along the winding Dalyan River just inland from the coast. And it's even more appealing at sunset, when its shops and restaurants twinkle to life. Arriving around 8pm, we'll kick-start your visit with a complimentary shot at one of our favourite bars. After that, you'll have two hours to explore under your own steam. Delve into the narrow streets lined with terracotta-roofed houses and al fresco cafés. Browse around the shops, picking up leather goods, jewellery and colourful pottery. And finish up with dinner or drinks at a pretty riverside restaurant, soaking up the views over the Lycian rock tombs. Perched above the reedbeds, these cliff-cut tombs are illuminated at night, so they look magical. Then, at the end of the evening, we'll pick you up and drive you back to Sarigerme.

Turkey is famous for its bazaars and beaches and on this trip you can enjoy both. First up is Fethiye Gold Centre, a shopping complex devoted to gleaming gold and jewellery. Snap up some ready-made trinkets or get a special piece made to order. Then it's on to Fethiye weekly market, where you'll have three hours to indulge in some retail therapy. Work your way through the countless stands stacked with exotic spices, leather bags, rugs and ceramics. Stock up with fake Gucci, D&G and Prada labels. And as you hunt around, remember to haggle to ensure you bag some bargains. After that, you'll be ready to relax, so it's off to Olu Deniz Blue Lagoon. This famous lagoon features on many a Turkey postcard and is a real beauty. Stretch out on the white sands or swim in the shallows. If you've never tried a hammam, or Turkish bath, before, you're in for a bit of a surprise. It leaves you feeling incredibly clean and gets your skin in great condition for a lasting tan. And this is your chance to give it a go. First things first, we'll drive you to a traditional bath centre in the neighboring town of Ortaca. Once you're here, you'll change into your swimwear in a cubicle and head for the hammam - essentially a steam room - wrapped in a towel. Relax into the warm steam as it softens your skin and eases out the toxins. Next, you'll lie on a heated marble slab where you'll be given an exfoliating body scrub and a massage in olive oil soap. Once you've had time to cool off, you'll leave feeling wonderfully fresh and relaxed. There are optional oil massages available for an extra charge, too.

If you're planning on getting a golden glow while you're in Turkey, a hammam, or Turkish bath, will get things off to a flying start. They leave your skin in perfect condition for a lasting tan - removing any dead skin cells and helping to prevent peeling. And on this trip, you'll experience a traditional hammam along with an aromatherapy massage as a finishing touch. Everything starts when we whisk you to one of the best local bath centers. Here, you'll change into your swimwear and sit in the steam-filled hammam room, feeling the warm air soften your skin and open your pores. After that, you'll stretch out on a warm marble slab for a body scrub before being lathered in soft, soapy bubbles. Then it's time for the special extra - a relaxing massage in Turkish aromatherapy oils. You'll come away feeling wonderfully refreshed and ready for a fabulous tan.

This day trip is devoted to one of the world's best-preserved classical cities - Ephesus. Scattered over hills close to Turkey's west coast, this 2,000-year old Roman city is a living, breathing outdoor museum. And after arriving here, you'll have four hours to explore as a guide tells you fascinating facts about its past. See the Great Theatre, where 24,000 spectators once gathered for plays, gladiator fights and to hear St. Paul. Walk along Marble Street, the main thoroughfare - its flagstones worn by chariot wheels. You'll also see the footprint carved in the stone that shows the way to the brothel. Elsewhere, you've got shops, houses, baths and the brothel itself. And you'll also check out the Temple of Hadrian and the city's showpiece, the Celsus Library. Built as a tomb and library combined, this stunning edifice had double walls to protect the 12,000 scrolls it stored. A treat for history lovers, with free time for lunch after your visit and before your journey back to Sarigerme.

From Robbie Williams to Jack Nicholson, anyone who's anyone has tried out the mudbaths on the Dalyan River. And now you can test their anti-ageing powers for yourself and see two of Dalyan's other attractions in the same day. First, you'll ride a riverboat to the sulphur-smelling mud pools, where you're free to plunge in. Cake yourself in the mud, rinse down and judge for yourself - it's said to make you feel ten years younger. After lunch on the riverbank, you'll then sail past the Lycian rock tombs. Marvel at these ancient cliff-face tombs from deck before cruising to the river mouth. Here, you'll come to the third of Dalyan's gems - Iztuzu beach. A designated breeding ground for Caretta-caretta, or loggerhead turtles, this long sandy beach is nothing short of stunning. And it's yours to explore, swim from or simply admire before driving back to Sarigerme around two hours later.

This day out lets you explore one of Marmaris’ bazaars and try to barter down the best price on all sorts of things. You’ll start the day with a stop at a jewellery shop, before making your way to the bazaar. The rest of the day is then yours to wander around the criss-crossing aisles of the market. You’ll come across vendors flogging spices, hand-woven carpets, homemade ceramic gifts, and plenty of copy-cat designer clothing. Here’s a tip – if something catches your fancy, try offering a third of the asking price. The seller will have a comeback, but you’ll probably end up paying less than half of the original price.

A boat trip to a pretty fishing village is on the cards today, followed by a shopping trip to its market. From Marmaris harbour, you’ll sail over to Turunc. This sleepy village edges a horseshoe-shaped bay of glass-like water, and is backed by pine-clad mountains. And, although there are restaurants and a few hotels lined up along the shore, there’s plenty in the way of its old-world charm. Mooring at Turunc, the day begins with a beach break so you can dip into the Mediterranean Sea or relax on the Blue Flag-awarded stretch of shingle and sand. Later, it’s on to the village’s market, where you’ll have some free time to barter with the vendors that flog everything from ceramics and spices, to leather goods and jewellery. Plus, of course, no Turkish market is complete without the obligatory knock-off designer stands.
