Este recorrido te lleva a conocer la segunda ciudad más grande de Grecia, Tesalónica. Antes de entrar en la ciudad, a pocos kilómetros de ella, visitaremos una de las bodegas más famosas de Grecia, Tsadalis. Allí dispondremos de guías que nos lo contarán todo sobre el proceso de elaboración del vino. Después de guardar en la memoria toda esta interesantísima información, así como los olores y las imágenes, seguiremos camino a Tesalónica. Esta gran ciudad fue fundada hace 3.000 años y está llena de vida. Además cuenta con multitud de monumentos históricos, tiendas y restaurantes. Para empezar haremos un recorrido guiado por los lugares de mayor interés turístico. Veremos la iglesia de San Demetrio, la iglesia más grande de Grecia, que además posee unos ricos mosaicos medievales. Contempla los muros de la acrópolis y el gran Museo Arqueológico, donde podrás admirar sus piezas de oro macedonio, los mosaicos y estatuas romanos. Después tendrás varias horas libres para explorar por tu cuenta. Recorre la parte alta de la ciudad y sus calles empedradas, disfruta de las vistas de la bahía de Tesalónica y entra en las boutiques de diseño de la calle Tsmiski. Prueba el "meze" y el pescado fresco en los restaurantes del paseo marítimo o marca tu propia ruta histórica, explorando la Torre Blanca, una atalaya del siglo XV llena de iconos bizantinos, y el Arco de Galerio, un gigantesco arco del triunfo romano en pleno centro de la ciudad. Grecia es una estrella emergente en el mundo de la vinicultura, y esta visita es el mejor modo de probar y comprar su vino.

Empieza la excursión con una visita a Nea Moudania, un concurrido pueblo costero conocido por su mercadillo de los miércoles por la mañana. Es el rastrillo más grande de Halkidiki, repleto de puestos de verduras, frutas, aceitunas y miel. También hay de ropa y artículos de cuero, y tenderetes llenos de productos artesanos. Podrás pasear a tu antojo por sus instalaciones y sucumbir a las numerosas tentaciones.
Regresa después al autocar para subir a la Sierra Holomandas, donde hay montes cubiertos con bosques de roble y vegas vírgenes. Allí almorzarás en una taberna familiar de chuletas de jabalí salvaje, pan del día, ensaladas y tzatziki, siempre acompañado por las anécdotas e historias del propietario. Antes de irte, podrás disfrutar de un espectáculo de baile griego y degustar los vinos y la miel producidos por la familia.
Prepárate para tirarte por las veloces rampas y toboganes de Waterland, el parque acuático cercano a Salónica donde empieza tu aventura. Tienes todo el día para nadar en las dos piscinas y disfrutar de los toboganes.
Tirate por las vueltas sacacorchos de la gigante Simboli. Reta a los niños a carreras bajando los Multi Slides – son tan empinadas que te dará un vuelco el corazón. Agárrate a un flotador para bajar el Lazy River. Y si quieres un descanso tras tanto bullicio, encontrarás un montón de terrazas, cafeterías y bares donde relajarte.
Y después de tanta diversión, te recogemos y te llevamos al centro comercial Mediterranean Cosmos. Hay dos plantas de tiendas vendiendo las mejores marcas. Hay cafeterías, restaurantes y bares para todo tipo de gustos. Por la tarde te llevaremos al hotel.
El salvaje mundo de Waterland está repleto de lugares de todas formas y alturas, con entretenimientos para todos los gustos.
Este es un parque donde se puede pasar de una gran descarga de adrenalina a la tranquilidad de los exuberantes jardines paisajísticos, en cuestión de segundos.
En el parque acuático más grande en el sureste de Europa podrás probar emocionantes atracciones como el tobogán múltiple y Simvolí, y otras atracciones más relajantes, incluyendo el río perezoso. Echa un vistazo a la piscina de olas o la piscina zen o Knossos, donde puedes disfrutar de un masaje de agua. O únete a la aventura de Tarzán, donde puedes probar tu equilibrio, fuerza y movilidad y sentirte lleno de energía.
También hay piscinas para entretenimiento de los más pequeños mientras tú te relajas bajo el sol. La Isla del Pirata es la mejor opción para los niños, con pistolas de agua, toboganes y un enorme cubo lleno de agua.

Thessaloniki is the cultural capital of Greece and you’ll see its best side on this trip. You’ll get here in the early evening, just as the city is gearing up for the night. Your time is your own on this trip, so you can follow your own master plan. If you want to ease yourself into the night, start with a shopping trip. Begin on Tsimski Street to tap into high street brands like H&M and Zara, and work your way up to Proxenou Koro, which is lined with designer label boutiques. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, head to the Kastra area of the city and duck into one of the tavernas. Meat skewers called souvalaki and fresh fish are always on the specials boards here. After dinner, take a walk along the promenade. This walkway wriggles with the activity of street performers and street food sellers. You don’t have to be back on the coach until 11pm, so you might even have time to catch a show at one of the city’s many theatres.
Mount Athos is up there alongside the Acropolis in the Greek landmark stakes. You see, it’s the world’s one and only monastic republic. It’s made up of 20 or so cliff-hugging monasteries, some of which date back to the 9th century. Around 1700 Orthodox monks live here, dressed in their signature black robes and pillar box hats. Access to Mount Athos is extremely limited. What’s more women are forbidden from going within 500 metres of the place! But that’s where this trip comes in. Your cruise boat sails close to the shores of the Athos Peninsula so you can take a sneaky peek at this holy site.

Next on the agenda is the Tsantalis winery, just a few kilometres away, where you'll go on a guided tour and learn about the wine-making process. Then after a stop in the coastal village of Nea Kallikratia, your last stop of the day is a small vine leaves factory. You'll see vineyards and lab here, and learn about the organic foods they produce.
What better way to spend the day than sailing over the Aegean, stopping at beaches and islands along the way? That’s the score on this cruise from Sithonia to Ouranoupolisle. First up, you’ll board the ship, lazing on deck as it cuts through the waters and passes by green islands. Then, you’ll drop anchor at Gaidouronisi Island, where a stretch of sand melts into shallow waters. Spend a couple of hours here soaking up the sun and swimming in the sea before rejoining your ship for lunch.
