Tonight’s all about dining and dancing. You’ll be whisked down to the world-famous Hard Rock Café in the heart of Naama Bay. The restaurant is packed with rock and roll memorabilia, and the menu is packed with tasty American food – think twisted mac ‘n’ cheese and hickory-smoked ribs. You’ll sit down to a three-course meal before you’re let loose on the dancefloor. The soundtrack to your night? American rock and roll, of course.
Expect a night to remember. You’ll sit down to a three-course meal at the world-renowned Hard Rock Café, where juicy burgers and sticky ribs are served among instruments and costumes from the rock and roll era. When you’ve let your dinner go down, you’ll take to the dancefloor and make the most of a two-hour open bar.
This day out gives you a taster of what Sharm El Sheikh, the fishing village turned holiday hotspot, has to offer. Muslims and Christians live side-by-side in Sharm, and your trip starts with a stop-off at each of the religion’s holy places. The striking marble façade and towering minarets of Al Mustafa Mosque are up first. Then it’s on to El Samaeyeen Cathedral. It’s got an impressive Sinai Mountain backdrop and, inside, stories from the Bible are emblazoned in murals all over the walls. Next up, you’ll drive to the bustling Naama Bay area and visit a museum dedicated to the boy king, Tutankhamun. Later, a short cruise along the coastline is on the cards. You’ll float past the long, sandy beaches that attract holidaymakers year on year, before mooring back in Naama Bay. Here, you’ll have some free time to haggle with the locals for handmade gifts and souvenirs.
Fancy a fun-packed day away from the beach? Then grab our great-value tickets to Sharm’s wettest and wildest water park. Themed around tales of Cleopatra and ancient Egypt, this pyramid-packed place is a maze of flumes, chutes and pools. Hurtle down the pitch-black Black Hole. Take a dizzying spin around the Snake Terror space bowl. And raft down the rushing rapids of the Nile River before catching the seven different sizes of waves in Cleopatra’s Bath. There’s also a kids’ zone with cascades, games and little chutes to keep toddlers on their toes. And if you want to just relax and stay dry, you’ll find sun terraces, restaurants, an ice-cream parlour, and even a massage salon to keep you busy. Plus, photographers are on hand to capture your antics on camera, too.
You’ll be picked up from your hotel, and we’ll take a ride in a private transfer over to St Catherine’s Monastery. On arrival, we’ll take a walk up to the monastery, taking in the scenery of the walled gardens and monks’ accommodation behind the ancient walls. There will be plenty of opportunity to take some stunning photos here, so make sure you have your camera with you! As we continue to tour St Catherine’s, we’ll enter the monastery and watch as the monks go about their daily business. We’ll take a walk below the beautiful collection of silver chandeliers that hang from the ceiling, and browse through the many religious artifacts on display in the chapel. We’ll also stop off at the Burning Bush, where you can even get a private blessing from the priest if you wish.
Next up on your Egypt desert tour, we’ll take a trip to the Bedouin handicraft centre, where you can find plenty of locally-made treasures, such as purses, bags, cushions, clothing, and more. All of the items on sale here have been made by the local Bedouin women, intricately beaded and embroidered by them with distinctive Bedouin design. There is also a bookshop here selling all kinds of goodies about the monastery and Egypt, printed in many different languages. If you’re getting peckish by now, have no fear!
It’s time for lunch, and a very special lunch at that. You’ll be invited into the home of a local family, and be served up an authentic Bedouin feast with plenty of traditional tea. This will be your chance to relax and take in your surroundings, and get to know the local cuisine and food culture. Once you’ve recharged your batteries with lunch, we’ll hop back in our vehicle and set off towards the desert plateau, where our Bedouin hosts will be waiting for us with camels. Now we get into the real desert fun! We’ll take a camel trek across the sandy desert, towards the plateau of Nawamis. These Bronze Age tombs are a stunning World Heritage Site, said to date back over 5,000 years. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the area, take photos, and really soak in this fascinating part of Egypt’s history. Once you’ve got your ancient Egypt fix, we’ll head back to Sharm el-Sheikh, and drop you off at your hotel.

Wave goodbye to the resorts of Sharm el-Sheikh and go from urban to rural on this Egypt tour that takes you out to the desert plains and farming lands of this beautiful country. We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, then drive for around 1.5 hours until we reach Wadi Murrah, the entrance to the desert. Here you’ll meet a local farmer, our host for the day. You’ll be greeted with some refreshing Bedouin tea, and given an introduction into the local farm project and the kinds of ways in which you can help out.
After you’ve learnt what the farm’s all about, it’s time to get your hands dirty! We won’t be asking too much of you, don’t worry – your local farm host will get you started on a few bits and bobs that will really them with their project. It could be putting fences up or getting to some planting, but whatever it is your hosts will be more than happy to take suggestions. You and your group can work together to help out for the day, learning from each other and your farming host.
You’ll definitely deserve some lunch after that hard work! Your local host will cook up a fresh lunch made from farm produce, all cooked in the traditional way over an open fire. As well as picking up farm tips, this will be your opportunity to pick up some Egyptian food tips as well. Learn how to make fresh bread just like the locals do, and bake it to perfection under hot coals.
After lunch, we’ll continue this Egypt tour by taking a short trek into the surrounding area, where we’ll learn about the indigenous herbs grown in the desert plain, and how they’re used to treat people for illnesses. This will give you even more information on how Egyptians have lived off the land for centuries, a far cry from the resort living you find in the centre of Sharm el Sheikh! Towards the end of this Egypt tour, we’ll head back to the farm for a last cup of tea with our hosts, say our goodbyes, and head back to Sharm el-Sheikh. We’ll drop you back off at your hotel, where you can rest up after your day on the farm!
Discover the incredible underwater life of Egypt on this snorkel tour from Sharm el-Sheikh. You’ll be greeted by your local guide at your hotel reception at 9am, and hop in your private transfer to Ras Mohamed National Park, which is around a 30-minute drive. Once we reach the park, we’ll descend down to our beach camp, which is where the real fun begins… We’ll enjoy some refreshments here, during which your guide will give you a briefing on the area and a few hints on what to look out for as you snorkel.
Once you’ve got the basic know-how down, we’ll get out into the water and start your guided snorkel session. You’re free to spend as much time in the water as you like, but with thousands of species here we’re pretty sure you’ll be entertained for a while! The benefit of having a snorkel guide is that you won’t miss a thing down here, so be sure to make the most of it. If you feel like taking a break at any time, our beach hut is there for you to use whenever you wish. We’ll stop here to have a bite to eat – you might need it! Lunch will be freshly prepared and served up at beach hut camp, where you can relax for a while and give your body an energy boost.
After lunch, we’ll continue this Egypt tour to another part of the National Park. We’ll take a visit to the mangroves and an observation point, where your local guide will give you more information on Ras Mohamed and the different ecosystems you’ll find here. Want more snorkel time? Never fear! We’ll stop off at a second snorkel site in the afternoon, giving you even more opportunity to get in touch with the marine life in Ras Mohamed. We’ll also find more beaches at this second site, giving you plenty of opportunity to soak up your surroundings and take breaks from the water. Once the day starts to draw to a close, we’ll jump back in our vehicle and head back to Sharm el-Sheikh, where we’ll drop you off at your hotel around 6pm.
Meet your Bedouin cameleers and begin your camel trek across the Sinai Desert towards Mount Matamir. The scenery along the way is pretty breathtaking: the land is virtually silent and the landscape is vast and rugged, with sandstone valley walls in the distance and open views as far as you can see. Meander along with the slow pace of the camels, enjoying the soft sand and tranquil atmosphere of the Sinai Desert.
Upon arrival at Mount Matamir we’ll set up a small camp and you’ll have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area while lunch is prepared, but you very well may want to stick around and see how the Bedouins do it. This style of food preparation is unique to the Bedouin nomads, and their techniques are interesting to watch and participate in. You’ll have the opportunity to learn to prepare and bake traditional Bedouin bread, and watch as the rest of the meal is cooked on the open fire. In true Bedouin style, we’ll eat our lunch around the campfire.
After lunch, take some time to relax before our walk up Mount Matamir to see extraordinary panoramas. Your guide will point out interesting places of reference, and provide information on the wadis, local regions, and other points of interest you’ll see in the view. From here, we’ll head back to camp for some Bedouin tea before reuniting with our camel buddies for a trek to the ancient tombs of Nawamis. These tombs are thought to be about 5,500 years old, and are the oldest intact standing roofed buildings in the world (say that ten times fast!). The tombs all face west, in accordance with the sunset, paralleling the end of the sun with the end of life, an indication of meaning behind ancient Egyptian burial practices. You’ll have time to walk around the tombs before trekking back into the Bedouin desert ‘dwelling village’, where you’ll meet local women and children and share tea with them in their homes. From there, our Egyptian desert adventure will wind to a close, with a camel trek back to the initial meeting point, where your return transportation to Sharm el-Sheikh awaits.

Plenty of time to visit inside one of the pyramids (additional cost), but your guide is not allowed to escort you and in Giza to visit the Solar Boat Museum (optional), housing the remarkably well preserved funerary boat of Khufu. Cairo's famous Egyptian Museum exhibits 165,000 Egyptian artifacts, but the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamun are the highlight. His six luxury coffins dominate the main hall, while his magnificent death mask is the star attraction. Shopping at Khan El Khalili Bazaar, the most famous bazaar in the Middle East.

Next we will head to Dahab, where we enjoy snorkeling in the, crystal-clear blue-green waters of Blue Hole' dive paradise. Lunch in a local restaurant before to drive back in Sahrm el Sheikh.
The Colored Canyon, near Nuweiba, is the most colorful and intriguing rock formations in all Sinai. In some places the deep coloration of rocks gives the canyon walls a prismatic and metallic sheen; in others, the stone is so smooth that it appears soft. This is ideal place for hiking: as one ventures into the canyon, the walls narrow in width to just a few feet in some places, giving the channel a close and secretive atmosphere.
Not far is located the small town of Dahab, where you can see the incredible spectacle of Sinai mountains dropping right into the sea. When we get there we will stop and have lunch in a typical seafront restaurant, before shopping through the narrow streets and rich bazaars.
