If ancient history is your thing, do not miss the visit to the St. Catherine's Monastery, located on the Sinai Peninsula at the foot of Mount Sinai. The Orthodox monastery is not only very important but also the surround area is extremely beautiful, so it is really well worth visiting it. Much more if you combine it with a visit to the White Canyon. The rocks of the White Canyon, made of white sandstone with high lime content, create magnificent pure white walls. Hiking for 1 hour and a half is pure excitement. There is nothing better than a small oasis with green water spring and Bedouin tent to relax.
Continuing our excursion we will head, in less than one hour, to Dahab, at a local restaurant, for lunch.

A chance to learn all about the great city you are holidaying in, Sharm el Sheikh. Next stop will be at the Heavenly Church near by the mosque to have also idea about the design of the churches in Egypt. Next Highlight will be a very nice sailing with a boat for about 30 minutes during the sunset having the possibility to have wonderful photos during sunset.
Our nice excursion will be ended with free time for shopping at Naama bay (Egyptians call it Shanzelize of the Middle East) the most famous place all over Sharm. Transfer back to the hotel.
The day starts with pick up around 9am then drive towards Dahab city around 90 km away from Sharm El Sheikh to arrive at around 10:30am. First stop will be at the equipment rental centre where you can rent and collect your mask and flippers. Drive down to Dahab marine for 10mins in order to get in the sea scope semi submarine.
The first part of the trip will be one and half hour sailing along Dahab coral coast to watch the spectacular landscape and life marine underwater and coral reef formations through the panoramic view windows.
Arrive back to Dahab marine at around 12:30pm, getting off the sea scope and jump in the snorkeling boat. The second part will be on boat where you will have a half day boat trip including two snorkeling different stops and a full lunch meal including water and soft drinks.
Getting in the bus and drive to Dahab city center for a free time shopping 30 to 45mins!
Drive back to Sharm for one and half hours to arrive at around 18:30.
Pick up starts around 10am depending on the hotel location.
The boat starts from Sharm El Maya Bay around five minutes on foot from the Old market at 12:00 midday.
Duration of the trips is one hour and a half, stopping at the most beautiful spots of coral reefs where you can see all fish kinds from the glass windows.
Return back around 1pm.
