Join our professional cooking class! You will gain unique techniques and the best tips to make a perfect Italian meal!
The class will start with a visit to the market: our Italian chef will help you choose the best ingredients. Once you got everything you need, we will move to the unique location where the class will take place, in the heart of Florence. During the four hour lesson, you will prepare a full Italian meal, from appetizer to dessert. We will first prepare all the needed ingredients by washing and cutting them. Our chef will show you how to make fresh pasta from the row ingredients and you will have the chance to knead it yourself! You will also cook the sauce (Tomato, Ragù Bolognese or Pesto), ‘bruschetta’ as a starter, a main course (seafood or meat) with a side dish, as well as a dessert!
Our chef will show you how to decorate your plate and you will finally have lunch with the amazing dishes you made. Lunch will be accompanied by a local wine, water or soft drink as you prefer. At the end of the class you will also get a Graduation Certificate signed by the chef, as well as the receipts for the dishes you made, in order for you, to try them again, back home.

Lucca and Pisa are two of the most important historical towns in Tuscany and are not-to-be-missed sights for tourists visiting the region. You will immerse yourself in the history and traditions of the two cities that are close in proximity, yet very different in personality. A charming Tuscan landscape will be the frame to your day, spent relaxingly in company of our knowledgeable guides. You will find Pisa along the road that leads to the coast from Montecatini.
Our guide will show you the most important squares and monuments in Pisa: the famous Piazza dei Miracoli with the Leaning Tower, the Cemetery and the Cathedral. The tour continues with a visit to a typical local wine shop, where you will taste the wines of the area. Free time available at lunchtime.
Afterwards the tour continues to Lucca, where you will have free time on arrival. It is a distinctive city of art and Renaissance style surrounded by walls interrupted by beautiful gates and ramparts. First you will take a pleasant walk on your own along a section of the town walls and enjoy a beautiful view over the roofs, alleys, house-towers, churches and marvellous noble palazzos. Then you will be led to the old town centre to see Piazza Anfiteatro, Guinigi tower, St. Martin’s Cathedral and the typical street of antique shops. End the day with a pleasant ride back to Montecatini.

Continúa el recorrido por Chianti, famoso en todo el mundo por sus excepcionales vinos. Aquí visitaremos una típica bodega toscana, donde podrás contemplar fantásticos viñedos y degustar el vino producido acompañado de un delicioso almuerzo tradicional con productos típicos: pasta, embutidos, quesos y repostería de la zona.
Al caer la tarde pondremos rumbo a Siena, otro gran tesoro de la Edad Media. Un guía local te mostrará todo su encanto y te llevará de paseo por la magnífica catedral y el ayuntamiento, situado en la Piazza del Campo y escenario de la famosa carrera de caballos Palio di Siena.
