This trip is all about getting some bumper time on the beach. You'll begin the experience by heading to Negril Beach, on Jamaica's west coast. This band of golden sand is a massive 7 miles long. You'll have time to sunbathe, swim or try out the watersports. Then, just as the sky starts to show signs of dusk, you'll head into Rick's Café. This hangout has crowned the top of a coastal cliff in Negril since 1974 and it's become a bit of a local institution. On the terrace here, sunset views are served up alongside plates of jerk chicken and Buffalo wings and glasses of Planters Punch, which is made from rum and fruit juice. There's only one thing that'll steal your attention away from the setting sun up here, and that's the cliff divers, who plunge into the water from the cliff top on a nightly basis.

Join us for an unforgettable day of fun and sun on board a catamaran. Setting sail from Mahogany Beach, we'll cruise to the Crystal Cove, where you can swim or snorkel in the warm waters. Back on board, enjoy a drink as we sail past the Emerald Hills before docking at the famous Dunn's River Falls. Arguably the island's most famous attraction, the falls are an indispensable inclusion on anyone's Jamaican itinerary. You can follow the guide up the 180-metre cascade through the lush forest, or just chill out on the beach. Then as we sail back, it's party time. Let lose to the latest Reggae and Soca dance tunes while sipping on a rum or beer from the open bar.

You'll discover what really makes Jamaica tick on this trip. Leaving the beaches behind, you'll head into the island's interior. Your drive will take you through the foothills of the Catadupa Mountains, past fields of tropical wild flowers and teary waterfalls. Then you'll pull up at the Croydon Plantation. This working plantation grows coffee, pineapples and citrus fruit. A guided tour here will give you a ‘this is your life'-style insight into the pineapple. Plus, it will explain how coffee goes from bean to cup. As you walk around, you'll be able to try tipples made with the plantation products, like freshly-squeezed juice and just-ground Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. You'll also be able to bite into nature's own candy :sugar cane. Don't eat too much, though, because you'll be tucking into a barbecue lunch after the tour. At some point during this trip, you'll also get to see the birthplace of Samuel Sharpe, who has been the island's national hero ever since he led the slave rebellion in the Jamaican Baptist War.

Dunn's River Falls ranks up there with reggae and rum as one of Jamaica's emblems. The waterfalls are famously climbable. Visitors hold hands and trek up the 600 foot of rock, looking like paper chain people. Finally, you'll get the chance to explore the Green Grotto. These caves make a honeycomb out of the coastal rock, halfway between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. They're 1525 metres long and 12 metres deep, and their highlight is an underground lake.

This is one of our most popular trips from Negril and Montego Bay, designed specifically if you want to make the most out of your time away from the hotel. And with two of Jamaica's biggest attractions on the itinerary it's not to be missed. You'll travel along the scenic north coast, passing picturesque villages and tropical scenery. Stopping at Martha Brae River, you can relax on a bamboo canoe as the river meanders towards the coast. These rafts are rated as a ‘must do' on TripAdvisor and an experience that even Her Majesty the Queen has enjoyed. You'll also get to see the famous Dunn's River Falls where 180 metres of cascading water awaits you. You can't visit this island without climbing to the top and cooling off in the refreshing water as you go. And take a reminder of the trip home with you after a spot of souvenir shopping in Ocho Rios.

Take some time out to enjoy cooking some fantastic Jamaican culinary delights from the beauty of a 18th Century Great House veranda. You'll be escorted on a scenic walk through a beautiful ornamental garden where you'll see a wide variety of herbs and tropical plants such as the Cat Whiskers, Plumbago and the Canon. Remember to pick a herb or two, you may well need them later! Each person will have their own work station with a clear view of chef “Irie” as he instructs and guides you in the preparation of the Jerk Sauce, Coconut ‘ Run Down', Festival, and Callaloo. After learning how to prepare these delightful dishes, you'll be seated on the lawn under the trees to enjoy your truly Jamaican lunch which will consist of your own Jerked Chicken. Your meal is served with Fruit Punch or Coconut Water and of course you can sample the famous Blue Mountain coffee. A fantastic culinary learning experience.

This downhill bicycle tour is a great way to see the mountainsides and rolling hills of the world-famous Blue Mountains. You'll travel to the highest point of the Blue Mountains accessible by vehicle - 5600 feet above sea level, before descending on bike through the lush tropical scenery. On the way, you'll stop at historical sites, visit local markets and enjoy a Jamaican brunch at an open-air restaurant. What's more, when you've reached the end of the bike ride you can cool off with a swim at a secluded waterfall.

For something a little less ordinary, sign up for this unique boat trip. Our destination is a luminous lagoon just outside Falmouth, where you'll witness a natural phenomenon that only happens in 4 places on the planet :the water here is full of phosphorous particles that glow a brilliant blue-green when disturbed. There are so many, the fish swimming by look like lit-up lanterns. The captain will drop anchor once you arrive in the bay, and give you lowdown on the lagoon. And, of course, you can jump in and experience it up close.

Explore Jamaica's northern coast on a catamaran cruise, ending with a picnic at Half Moon Bay. Passing the some breathtaking scenery, we'll drop anchor so you can enjoy snorkelling at one of the finest reefs in Jamaica. The cruise continues on to the private beach at Half Moon Bay where you'll enjoy a delicious picnic. On the return journey there's a reggae party on board - help yourselves to drinks at the open bar and let the crew teach you the latest dance hall moves.

Your tour kicks off with a journey through the island's scenic mountains, before arriving in Spanish Town. You'll get a close up of this historical area's Georgian architecture, elegant monuments and the Governor's Residence, where Nelson once hung his admiral's hat. From here, it's onto the island's capital, Kingston, where we'll stop by Bob Marley's statue, the National Stadium and the National Arena. We'll also visit the gardens of Devon House, a 19th-century wedding-cake palace, built by Jamaica's first black millionaire. If you wish, there is also a chance to visit the memorabilia-filled Bob Marley Museum.

Delve into Jamaica's interior on this raft cruise along the Martha Brae River. Sailing on a two-seater bamboo raft, which a guide punts over the green waters, you'll be surrounded by lush forests and tropical plants. Think mango and breadfruit trees, mangroves and palms, all alive with tropical birds. As you travel, guide will point out the flora and fauna, and tell you about the rafts, which were originally used to ferry sugar cane to the coast. You'll also hear the legend that surrounds the river. It's said that rather than leading Spanish occupiers to a nearby gold mine, a Jamaican witch called Martha Brae took them to a local cave. Here, she used magic to cause a flood, drowning herself and her captors and taking the secret of the mine's location to her grave. The mine has never been found, but it's believed to lie along the riverbanks. The story adds an extra dash of magic to this gentle cruise, which is ideal for nature lovers and couples.
