Step back in time by exploring some of Malta's most famous attractions, starting with Mosta Church. Then walk through Mdina's narrow streets, where you can admire some of the lovely views of the area. After lunch in Rabat, you'll visit Limestone Heritage for an insight into Malta's history before ending the day by going to the Malta Experience Show in Valletta.

The Limestone Heritage is an ideal venue for our Maltese evening. Enjoy a three course meal in a relaxed and casual atmosphere to the sound of guitars and mandolins. Live entertainment is also included in this memorable evening.

This morning tour is split into 2 parts - shopping and sights. The shopping bit is taken care of in Marsaxlokk. This quaint fishing village hosts a large market on Sundays, which is a combination of a local fish market and one that's geared more towards tourists. The fish section is the most interesting, where you'll see the variety in the shapes and colours of the fish that are caught in the surrounding Mediterranean. You'll then head to one of Malta's famous natural sights - The Blue Grotto. It's a 50-metre deep natural cave with a huge arch that stretches out to sea at its entrance. They are at their most spectacular in the morning as the sun rises, when the caves sparkle blue as light reflects off the water.

An entertaining half day combining two of Malta's most popular tourist attractions. First up, it's the Captain Morgan's Grand Harbour cruise that will give you the chance to glimpse into the past and the importance of Malta's natural Grand Harbour. You can only imagine what lies beneath the water's surface. We then head off to 'The Malta Experience' - an audio & visual presentation spanning the island's 7000 year history with plenty of turbulent and triumphant tales.

This three day programme consists of five open-water training dives. You'll start with one navigation and one deep dive - known as 'core' dives. Then you'll choose three further dives from a selection of nine speciality dives that your instructor will advise you on.

A two day entry-level course suitable if you want to gain a qualification in scuba diving but don't have the time to complete the full certification Open Water Diver course. This programme qualifies you to dive accompanied by a PADI instructor to a maximum depth of 12 metres.

Arriving at Mgarr Harbour in Gozo, you'll meet the Quad Bike tour leader who will drive you to the starting point for the tour. Then following the tour leader, you'll drive through the countryside on Quads to explore the hidden charms of Gozo. On this trip you'll be able to visit these sites - Qala Belvedere, Simar Valley, Ramla Bay (where there will be time for swimming), Sannat Cliffs, Xlendi Bay, Kercem heights, The Limestone Quarries, the Azzur Window, the Inland Sea, the Saltpans and Marsalforn. And so you can have an occasional short break from driving, there are a several stops on the journey too.

Sit back, relax and see Malta from another side. Along the way, there'll be a stop to swim or snorkel in the clear seas of Comino's Blue Lagoon. And if that sounds like too much effort, spend all your time relaxing on the boat and drift off to the rhythm of the waves. You'll see the most beautiful sandy beaches, secluded coves and rugged coastline that Malta has to offer.

Board a catamaran and cruise to the beautiful Italian island of Sicily. You'll explore the slopes of Mt Etna, the largest and most active volcano in Europe. The climb to the crater takes you through picturesque villages and an ever changing landscape. The lower slopes of the volcano are extremely fertile with groves of oranges, lemons and other Mediterranean flora. You'll also visit the city of Modica. It was heavily damaged by an earthquake in 1693. When it was rebuilt, much of it was done in a traditional Sicilian baroque design. Perhaps the best example of this can be seen in the city's San Giorgio church. Three-hundred steps lead up to its 3-level facade, which looks out across the city below.

The 'Spirit of Malta', Captain Morgan's largest sailing catamaran is built for cruising. After you've boarded this vessel in Sliema, you can enjoy a relaxing day at sea as you sail to the scenic bays in Malta, Gozo and Comino. With no fixed schedule, we're free to cruise around to the best spots according to the weather. Swim, snorkel or just top up the tan in the different bays along the way. And if the weather is fine, visit the famous Blue Lagoon in Comino. The highlight of the day is a 5-star buffet lunch that's served up during one of the swimming stops. And after that, the tempo picks up as the party gets started. A free bar, music and dancing are the ingredients for a fun-filled afternoon on the boat.

Make Sunday special and make this the most exciting day of your holiday. A visit to Valletta Market is an absolute must and you can rub shoulders with the locals all looking for bargain. After lunch you will take a harbour cruise and discover some of the history of Malta. Following this relaxing cruise, it's off to the races at Marsa where you get the chance to try your luck on the tote, favourites are usually printed in the local papers. This will be a real adrenaline rush.

What better way to spend your evening than by cruising off to watch the sunset? Boarding the Fernandes boat in the early evening, we'll set sail towards St Paul's Bay. Dropping anchor at St Paul's Island, you'll have the chance to dive in for a swim as the sun starts to sink below the horizon. And as night falls, you can relax on the boat, listen to the music or dance on the spacious deck. There's also a tasty buffet spread laid on for dinner as well as a fully-stocked bar. As the boat cruises back towards the Grand Harbour, keep your eyes peeled for the famous fortifications - at night, these are floodlit, making for a magnificent sight.

Join us for an unforgettable Maltese folklore show and dinner, giving you a glimpse of Malta through the ages. See as this tiny but significant island journeys from the prehistoric to present time. And there's a special emphasis on one of the greatest chapters in Maltese history - the Knights of St. John and the Great Siege - when a small garrison of the famous Knights of St. John together with heroic Maltese defenders managed to defeat the mighty Ottoman Empire. A talented cast of dancers and entertainers dressed in rich medieval costumes and shining armour, together with magnificent horses, will entertain, excite and amuse you during two hours of non-stop action, song and dance. Witness a colourful fusion of tribal music, folk dancing, carnival, fire dancers, knights on horseback, live battles and much more, highlighting Maltese culture, traditions and folklore.

This excursion has been especially planned to enable you to spend an extremely exciting Sunday... the Captain Morgan way. Superb value for money together with a pleasantly unusual combination of events will undoubtedly make this Sunday the most exciting day of your holiday.

The day starts when you will be collected by Captain Morgan transport and driven to a local open Market, where one can spend about an hour amongst the hustle and bustle of buyers and sellers... wheelers and dealers all looking for the best bargains ever. After visiting the market you will then board your transport and continue on your drive to Sliema for lunch, either in a Five Star Hotel or on board the Captain Morgan vessel for a Harbour Cruise (including lunch).

Whilst cruising, our guide will explain the history of the Three Cities connected with the Great Siege of 1565 and 1942 and all other places of interest including the historical forts, battlements and creeks which can only be admired from the sea (click here for details). Considering that lunch is served on board, it will be served in one of the creeks in the Grand Harbour. After lunch we cruise back to Sliema, where we proceed to Marsa Race Course (entrance included) to spend the rest of the afternoon at the Horse Races (local favourites are usually printed in The Sunday Times). Try your luck on the tote.
