Leaving the hotel around 19h30, we follow towards the seaside restaurant where guests are greeted by a cocktail.
Upon arriving, enjoy a menu that starts with a goat cheese appetizer or tuna carpaccio, a delicious grilled lobster or fresh fish according to what you have booked.
Without forgetting the typical local dessert: pudding dessert or cookie ice cream. Delicious!

Starting at Ribeira do Rabil we go to Oasis of Fonte Vicente where you can see a little bit of the island’s agriculture. We then pass through the old fishing village of Curral Velho where we then proceed to the beach of Ervatão where there is the possibility to have a swim (depending on sea conditions). After we stop for lunch at Fundo of Figueiras, a tiny picturesque village where you can visit the local school and church before returning to hotel.
Starting with a stop at the Pottery School in Rabil where you can buy some local souvenirs. We then go to the amazing Viana Desert where you can take some amazing photos. After, we take a 30-minute drive to the Cape of Santa Maria, a truly different landscape in Boa Vista.
Starting with a stop at Ribeira of Rabil, rich in vegetation and water we then drive to Povoação Velha, the oldest town of the island. From there we then drive to the breath-taking beach at Santa Monica where there is the possibility to have a swim (depending on sea conditions). On the way back there will be an interesting stop at Varandinha grot and finally finish with the amazing sand dunes of Morro D’Areia.

Experience the wonderful underwater world of Sal and visit the sunken statue Cristo dos Mares in Santa Maria Bay. Nearby are the sunken wrecks of two ships. The first near Ponta do Sino, a Portuguese steamer ship the "Bolana", was shipwrecked in 1920. Its huge chimney is covered by marine flora. The second ship, the " St. Anthony " , sank in 1965. Its platform is divided into two parts, of which we can see shoals of Bream and Wrasses ... and if you're lucky, you can catch sight of , Morays , Puffer Fish , Fish trumpet , stingrays and turtles. Returning to the beach will take a short break to see the " Christ of the Seas " , a statue of Christ under water, located near the port of Santa Maria .
