If it’s your first time in Thailand, this tour will introduce you to the country’s coastline and surrounding islands, which are up there with the world’s most beautiful. You’ll take to the Andaman Sea in a speedboat, passing isles made up of limestone rock, mangroves and white-sand beaches. There’ll be stop-offs, too. You’ll tour Khao Tapu, which is most commonly known as ‘James Bond Island’ thanks to its starring role in The Man With The Golden Gun. You’ll also visit Leaning Island, so-called because of its unusual sloping rock formations. You’ll swap speedboat for canoe when you reach Hong Island, to paddle your way around the sea caves that halo the place. There’ll also be plenty of time for swimming and snorkelling. Lunch will be served in a restaurant on Panyee Island. This unique village has been dubbed ‘The Floating Island’. It’s built on stilts, which are attached to a rock formation beneath the sea. Amazingly, there aren’t just shops and restaurants here but an entire football pitch.

This tour ticks off Phuket’s best bits – great if you’re a first-timer to the island. You’ll experience a trek through the rainforest, although you won’t be in hiking boots. Instead, a majestic elephant will pick your path through the greenery. You’ll take in the coastal views as you’re driven through the big seaside towns of Karon, Kata, Rawai and Patong. You’ll also check out the spectacular Sino-Portuguese architecture in Phuket Town. The highest point of the tour takes you to a hilltop viewpoint, where you’ll spot the sweeping bays of Kata Noi, Kata, and Karon, as well as Kho Pu Island. Then, you’ll make your way to Wat Chalong, Phuket’s most beautiful monastery, and a cashew nut factory shortly after. Your trip comes to an end after you watch the sun go down at Promthep Cape.
