Enjoy a Full Day tour of the Sultanahmet area which is the UNESCO recognized heart of old Istanbul. Our local guide takes us to Hagia Sophia. Built in 537 AD as the world's first large dome building, it was the religious focal point of the Orthodox Church before its conversion to a Muslim Mosque. We have a look at its many unique decorations from the Byzantine and Turkish periods.
Then we enjoy a short walk to the Blue Mosque. Built in 17th century it owes its fame to the exquisite blue Iznik tiles on its walls. Following this, we move on to the Hippodrome where we can see an Egyptian Obelisk and Serpent Column where once horse chariot races of the Eastern Roman Empire took place. Next, you will see the German Fountain which was a gift of Kaiser Wilhelm 2. Listen to the stories of his liaison with the Orient.
We then go to the fascinating Grand Bazaar. Following an introduction by our guide at a recommended store we will have some free time to browse the 1,200 spice, gold, carpet and leather shops.
After lunch at a local restaurant we visit the amazing Topkapi Palace which from 15th to the 19th Century was the principle residence of the Turkish Ottoman Empire. Our guide gives a tour at the gardens halls where we view a staggering collection of Imperial and religious treasury, golden thrones and emerald crowns. Next place to see is Hagia Irene Church (from outside). Our final place of interest is the Church of Sergius and Bacchus today known as “Petit Hagia Sophia Mosque”.
After the tour transfer back to the hotel.
Crossing to the Asian side of Istanbul by bus then passing the Izmit gulf by ferry boat we make our way to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. It is known as the perfect place to enjoy nature such as waterfalls, mountains, forests and gardens.
During the day the tour visits a famous 600 year old Inkaya plane tree and we take a short ride on a cable car to enjoy spectacular views - during the winter season it's possible to play games in the snow in this mountainous region.
The lunch stop is at a restaurant in the beautiful Uludag National Park. Souvenirs can be bought during the day on visits to a small Turkish delight factory, a local honey shop and an authentic souvenir shop.
Buyukada is the biggest among nine islands in the Marmara Sea called Princes' Islands. The islands are famous for their beautiful beaches, incredible houses, small villas and peaceful surroundings, especially the pine trees. Reaching the Island by boat you will enjoy Istanbul views from the sea for more than one hour. Riding in a horse drawn carriage from the bottom to the top of the island, you will experience beautiful views and pass a natural forest with a ten minute break at the top of the island.

We will also see the impressive collection of priceless jewels, crystal, silver and porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and relics of the prophet Mohammed. After lunch break we will see the Blue Mosque, built for Sultan Ahmet I, which is a unique piece of architecture with its six minarets and features 20,000 beautiful Iznik tiles. Visit the ancient Hippodrome with Obelisk of Theodosius, Snake Pillar and German Fountain of Wilhelm II. Walk through the back streets of Old Istanbul and visit the Yerebatan underground Cistern. At the end of the tour we will have time to see the Grand Bazaar (except Sundays). Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3: Cappadocia.
Pick-up from hotel 2 hours before flight departure. Take the early morning flight from Istanbul airport to Cappadocia. Arrival at the airport and meeting just outside the arrival’s gate with a sign bearing your name with your driver. Transfer to Cappadocia and starting our tour to Kaymakli Underground City, one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia. Continue to the lunar landscape of Cappadocia: rock formations beyond belief in Devrent valley; a journey in the past with its troglodyte houses, continue to Pasabag “fairy chimneys” where the voice of wind mixes with the “songs of fairies” near Zelve. Lunch break in Avanos, centre of terra cotta work of art since 3000 BC. and a demonstration in a traditional pottery workshop. We will end our tour visiting the highest point of Cappadocia, Uchisar Rock-Castle to have a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 4: Cappadocia.
Meeting in the hotel reception at 9:30am. We will start our day with visiting Göreme Open air Museum , the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock-cut churches with frescoes and paintings (10th to 13th century) where you can see several churches built into caves by Christians between the 10th and 13th centuries. In the museum you have a chance to visit several different churches and chapels: Sakli Church, Kilislar Church, St Basil Church, Yilanli (Onuphrius) Church, St Catherine’s Chapel and Çarikli (Sandal) Church and the monks’ refectory, tombs, cellars and larders.
After the museum tour, our crew will guide you to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul.

Transfer to Cappadocia and starting our tour to Kaymakli Underground City, one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia. Continue to Sahinefendi ( Sobesos ) - Sobessos is newly discovered (01 May 2002) mosaic houses & Archaeological excavation site. Villages in the valleys, surrounded by the “table top” mountains, are spectacular. Continue with Keslik Monastery near Cemil, that hides it’s frescoes behind a very thin smoke layer which we can only see by torch light. Lunch break. Visit to Mustafapasa (Sinasos), an old Greek town with its spectacular old Greek houses; very fine examples of late Greek settlements and architecture. Visit to Saruhan Caravanserai, a roadside inn where travellers could rest and recover from the day’s journey. Caravanserais supported the flow of commerce, information and people across a network of trade routes of Asia, North Africa and South-Eastern Europe on the legendary Silk Road and the Spice road. Continue with panorama of the Red Valley, with its fabulous volcanic rock formations in the heart of Cappadocia but away from the tourist crowds. Overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 4: Cappadocia.

Day 4 – Cappadocia – Hot air Balloon Tour
We will start our day in Cappadocia with the fantastic hot air Balloon tour as the sun is rising. Our driver will pick you up from the hotel ealy morning 5 am ( summmer time )*, go to balloon departure area for breakfast and briefing, balloon flight duration is one hour, after the balloon tour we will finish with celebration and champaigne before returning to the hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast and having a rest, our crew will guide you to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul.

We will start the program in Besiktas area to visit Dolmabahçe palace and our guide will explain and describe the history of it, then we will have a break to drink the famous Turkish tea with a very beautiful view for Bosphorus and Camlica hill. Dolmabahce is one of the most glorious palaces of the world. It was built between 1842 and 1853 as a synthesis of artistic European styles. It is a monument built by Karabet Balyan, architect of Sultan Abdulmejit. It is a 3 story building with a symmetrical design. There are 285 rooms and 44 halls. 14 tons of gold and 40 tons of silver were used in its construction. It has the largest ball room in the world. It has a chandelier in 4.5 tons weight hanging from its dome in 36 meters height.
