Join us on a magical trip on Finn Komodo through the Haunted Valley Waterfalls! Relax and enjoy the peaceful journey next to the most spectacular views!
HIGHLIGHTS:
* Drive, Ride, Walk and Explore!
* Engage with nature and admire the breath taking views
* Refreshing natural streams to bathe and cool off!
Start the day on mountain bikes as we make our way to the Finn Komodos, 85% downhill through a combination of dirt tracks and pavement. Enjoy your leisurely ride down the country roads led by a helpful and knowledgeable guide along the way. Take a break and walk through the intriguing rice fields where the spot awaits you with the Komodo vehicles.
Take your first exciting drive over relatively easy roads to the vicinity of the waterfall. Then we will wander into the Valley of the Ghosts (Lembah Jinn) where you will find lots of natural streams in which you may bathe and take in the serene ambience and feel at peace in the quiet and peaceful world around you. Feel free to swim or meditate or explore and make the most of this precious time in the countryside.
Well rested and refreshed, recharge your batteries as we provide energizing snacks for all. Then we will make our way back up to the road and drive the Komodos through the quaint, little village plantations and slowly make our way to Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for a well-deserved, late lunch.
Arrive Munduk Wilderness Base Camp around 09:30 you can start for your introduction and safety instructions for driving the Finn Komodo. Start with a fun drive down to the Lake, and a side-excursion takes you to a lakeside temple, before boarding log canoes, paddling in Tamblingan Lake. Head up into more challenging territory through mandarin and coffee orchards, following earth tracks to the rainforest.
Take a break for a short walk into the rainforest, to see the grandeur of trees more than 100 years old. Bali is famed for the rich flavor of its coffee, and the first stop on this outing after a gentle downhill ride in the Komodo is a coffee plantation where you will experience some of Bali’s local coffee culture — the roasting of the beans on an open fire and pounding with a wooden pestle. Savor the aroma and taste.
Enjoy the short 20-minute drive from here back to Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for lunch.

Start your Bali tour with a visit to a remote beach club on the dramatic Batubelig beach in northern Seminyak, where massive walls of waves roll in when the surf is high. Our destination has no sealed road access, so you’ll ride across the back of the beach to reach our first stop, where the menu is French-Balinese fusion and the drinks are pure tropical indulgence. We recommend the Delinger: think vodka, strawberries, and ginger sorbet.
Sufficiently hydrated, you’ll travel through some of the area’s nearby beach villages as you head toward the stunning 17th-century temple of Pura Batu Ngaus, a fertility temple perched on a rock in the ocean. This temple is far off the tourist track, feeling a world away from the crowds that swarm Bali’s more famous sites. Along the way to Pura Batu Ngaus, you’ll pass scenes of government-protected rice terraces and catch glimpses of the sea and the far-off cliffs of Uluwatu — keep your camera close by for those classic Bali shots!
Your Bali tour will take you to a restaurant and bar set on 6,000 square metres of lawn, overlooking the ocean. Enjoy tapas and sangria at this gorgeous setting that’s part of a boutique art hotel dedicated to maintaining Balinese traditions. Sip one of three amazing sangria varieties (or try all three — we won’t judge!) while lazing about in the late afternoon sun.
Next, we leave the northern beaches behind and head south, passing by rice fields and through small streets crammed with antiques and collectibles. You’ll stop to watch the sunset in Jimbaran Bay, at what is possibly Bali’s best beach club. The cocktail menu here is almost as spectacular as the Bali sunset — try a vanilla margarita, Foxtrot Gimlet, or frozen apple martini.
Finish your Bali tour with a nightcap at the iconic Ku De Ta bar at Seminyak Beach, a long-standing hot spot that’s considered to be one of the best beach clubs in Southeast Asia. We recommend the espresso martini — perfect for revving you up for a night out on the town!
Purchase a pampering at two fabulous spas specializing in various massage, skin, and hair treatments Visit the home of a female Balinese Hindu priest for a spiritual healing and meditation ceremony Sip a sunset cocktail at one of the best beach bars in Southeast Asia Cruise around Bali in a retro-cool 80s VW van kitted out with a mini-bar, 10-speaker sound system, and wifi!
Bali is practically synonymous with pampering, and that’s what we’re giving you on this cultural spa tour! You’ll cleanse your consciousness with a visit to a Balinese mangku, beautify your body with a luxury spa treatment, and sip cocktails at sunset at a fabulous beach bar. Talk about the ultimate mind-body treatment! Your Bali tour will take you southeast from Ku De Ta Seminyak to Legian, where you’ll arrive at one of the island’s best spas. You’ll get to pick from a list of treatments (at your own cost), anything from a Shiwa Balinese massage to a Balinese Boreh body mask, with 60 to 90 minutes specifically set aside for you to relax and enjoy!
Spa treatments have long been practiced locally on the island, and today, Bali is a world-leader in such indulgences — so you’re in the right place for pampering! Then, with your mind mellow and your body blissed-out, we’ll stop for a 3-course lunch at the spa café, where you can fill up on delicious dishes like Sumatran-style beef or snapper cooked in white wine. After lunch, we’ll head to the home of a local mangku (priest) for a spiritual healing and meditation session. Ibu Mangku practices the ancient art of spiritual healing and meditation, and she’ll lead you through a private ceremony to help unlock your unconscious. What’s more, female priests are quite rare in Bali, so a meeting with her will be an extra special experience! This ceremony can be quite emotional for some people — it’s not uncommon for some participants to cry during the process.
However, the mangku will care for all participants and explain to those affected how they can continue their healing after they’ve left her home and temple. We’ll then depart the mangku’s house and travel back into Seminyak for stops at two spas: a popular women’s spot for hair treatments and mani-pedis, and a men’s barber for cutthroat shaves, hair treatments, and athletic massages. Pick you treatment preference (at your own cost) and indulge! With everyone pampered, blessed, and relaxed, we’ll head to one of the best bars in Southeast Asia for a sunset cocktail (or two — trust us, you won’t be in a rush to leave!). Lastly, throughout it all, you’ll be travelling in retro-cool style, in a modified 1980s VW Kombi limo equipped with a sound system, 2,000 tunes to choose from, a mini bar, and wifi and charging ports and cables (so that you can upload all those jealousy-inducing Instagrams, of course!).
See, feel, smell, and taste the transformation of organic Balinese cocoa pods into delicious tasty herd of highly edible chocolate elephants in the chocolate of your choice. We supply a selection of different toppings so you can get your Pod Chocolate. Starting with the cocoa tree, where you will learn about organic farming and follow the fascinating cocoa pod on it its journey from flower to fruit to harvest. Eat fresh cocoa beans straight from the pod, witness the fermenting and drying process, and taste freshly roasted cocoa nibs.
See the factory spring into action as we continue with grinding and couching, then onto the tempering process – our favorite part – where hot liquid chocolate is poured onto a granite table and worked to smooth, rich perfection. Obviously chocolate tasting is required and you will need to try our signature white, milk, dark and extra-dark chocolates. As the factory located at Bali Elephant Camp, you will handcraft your own choc-on and create a unique and delicious family of chocolate elephants that we will gift wrap for you to take home. Warning: High risk of being covered in chocolate.
