This tour starts very early in the morning, tourists will be picked up at the hotel at the agreed time. After that they will be transferred to the Cajas National Park. Where they conduct a ride up the mountain which includes Sportfishing in the various loopholes that exist in these we find a delicious kind of seafood lagoons: rainbow trout, whose flesh delights the taste buds of locals and foreigners, and can be caught by oneself. It is said that this activity dates back to 1951 when driven by the Institute of Economic Recovery Austro Jorge Ubidia Betancourt, Chilean coach in fish farming freshwater, arrived in Cuenca, in order to activate the production and planting of trout in the rivers around the city. Sport fishing is permitted in the Cajas National Park, however it is illegal to use nets, gas, dynamite, among others. All necessary equipment will be provided to perform this activity. At the end of fishing tourists receive lunch and then be transferred back to Cuenca.

Meeting/pick-up point: Pick up at the Macondo Hostal, Carvallo Hotel, Santa Lucía Hotel, Victoria Hotel, Mansión Alcazar Hotel and Pasada del Angel Hostal. It is important that you contact the supplier, 1 day beforehand to confirm pick-up times.
