Our course wants to hand down the traditions and love for cooking through the recipes that our grandmothers have left us with great wisdom and care. Our Chef will be happy to accompany you through the dishes that have made the history of Sicilian cookery.
In the morning guided buying of the necessary ingredients in a typical old market of the town. Start of cooking class with the Chef and preparation of a typical Sicilian menu (starters, main course, second course, dessert). At the end of the course, you’ll eat all together what you have prepared.
