San Cristobal has an area of 558 km² and its highest point rises to 730 meters above sea level. The capital of the archipelag , Puerto Baquerizo Moreno , lies at the southwestern end of the island .
At the top we can see the different species that live there, such as frigates, sea lions, Galapagos tortoises, red-footed boobies, blue-footed boobies, marine iguanas, dolphins and seagulls in the Galapagos. Its vegetation includes Calandrinia galapagosa, Lecocarpus Darwinii and trees such as Lignum vitae or Matazarna. En waters nearby are sharks, rays and lobsters.
