30’ tour in the city center, seeing Mercado da Ribeira, fish port, Corredora, main street Rua da Liberdade and Santa Maria hill, where we visit the castle. In way back pass by Jardim da Alagoa and Santana hill, where you can see beautiful view of Tavira. This tour includes “Fado com História” show.
Fado com História is a unique show of Fado in Tavira - a way to see and listen to live Fado Music, in an emblematic location. You can listen to this voice and guitar performance with continuous shows.
Fado is Portuguese but is also UNESCO's 'Intangible Heritage of Humanity´, reflecting the experience of a people and a history.
Meeting/pick-up point: Casa das Portas, next to Bus stop Turistic train – Tavira.
Duration:One hour (30 mn tuk tuk + 30 mn Fado com História).
Start/opening time: Between 10am and 6pm.
Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Others: By the end of the Tuk Tuk tour the client will receive the voucher for Fado session, which gives the opportunity to choose the time the client wanto to assist.
