Go on a unique interaction and experience the rich cultural diversity of the Langa Community, descendants of the Xhosa tribe. Features Stops on tour: We start with a rather intriguing tour of Gugasthebe Culture Centre, where a storytelling segment is given by a local community member.

Your host will then guide you on an entertaining walking tour giving you an insight into the historical Langa Heritage Museum (Dompass Museum) - an important gem of the little known, yet oldest Township in South Africa. The Graffiti tour; is an excellent way to discover art in other parts of the city. The Maboneng Township Arts Experience provides for an intimate, engaging and enjoyable interaction on art in the township. Next on the program is a visit to the gallery home of Dizu Plaatjies, founder and former leader of the South African group, Amampondo. At this stage of the tour, the guests will have an opportunity to interact and learn about a traditional Xhosa instrument.

We will then delve into exploring our uniquely curated home-residency of Velile Sohaand Mongezi Gum.
