Tour to Mundaú Beach

Mundaú is located 154km from Fortaleza, in the city of Trairi - west coast. It is an unspoilt beach and, therefore, still very preserved, with an exuberant nature and almost not touched by man. Part of the path, near the area, is through a coastal road, around which unfolds an unparalleled setting. On the one hand, the sea with an extensive beach area, where you can watch the fish pens (old and traditional way of fishing through enclosed areas) and, on the other hand, coconut trees and a wonderful and diverse chain of dunes.

The beach has a fishing village and the outfall of Mundaú river, which results in a mangrove area with a rich fauna. In addition to good infrastructure with showers, restaurant and bathroom, visitors can enjoy a beautiful ecological tour by the river, on board of a catamaran.

Meeting/pick-up point: Pick up at hotels in Fortaleza, around Iracema Beach, Meirelles, Beira Mar Avenue, Mucuripe or Futuro beach.
