Lobster is a Cape Verde speciality, and few do it better than the Atlantis restaurant. On this trip, you can choose from a menu that ticks off everything from seafood pasta to a straight-up half of locally-caught lobster. Artfully-arranged fruit and ice cream desserts round off the menu. And, if you really fancy treating yourself, you can throw a bottle of Prosecco into the mix. The location of the Atlantis is hard to beat, too. It’s right on wide Santa Maria Beach and has a sand-side terrace with wide-ranging ocean views.
