Finally a perfect tour to discover the city in an engaging and original way, with a passionate and specialized local guide, able to fascinate kids and young people through stories, anecdotes and legends, while adults will appreciate the historical and artistic aspect of Florence along a route that touches all the landmarks of the old center.

It is a pleasant stroll starting from Piazza della Repubblica, the belly button of Florence, where children will be amazed by the discovery of the old system of the Roman city from which began the history of Florence.

We continue then to the ancient and colorful Straw Market where you and your kids will have the opportunity to caress the shiny nose of the famous "Piglet", the most popular, photographed and "lucky" statue of the city.

You can admire the view over the Arno river crossed by the picturesque Ponte Vecchio, with its typical glittering jewelry shops, before reaching Piazza della Signoria, the political center of the city dominated by the famous Palazzo Vecchio and, while adults will enjoy the wonders of a true "outdoor museum" the kids will be captivated by stories of secret passages, vanished churches, navigators and great artists.

We then proceed to the neighborhood of Dante Alighieri, along the same streets where the "great poet" met his beloved Beatrice, fascinated by their romance and absorbed by the magic of the medieval center where children, unexpectedly, will also meet Pinocchio, the most famous wooden puppet in the world. Don’t let your kids miss the opportunity to take a nice souvenir photo with him!

A refreshing and mouth-watering stop at an historical ice-cream shop will follow: here participants will be able to taste a real homemade “gelato”, produced with delicious, organic ingredients.

We finally reach the religious center of the city where, besides admiring the great cathedral with the famous Brunelleschi's Dome, the Baptistery with the wonderful "Door of Paradise" and the elegant Bell Tower, you will be told stories of bizarre creatures, magical plants, astonishing animals and other wonders.
At the end of the tour, enjoy a delicious Tuscan Lunch with Drinks in a historic Restaurant in the old town (if lunch option selected).
