Our cruise will depart at 9pm, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the views of Funchal from the sea at night and then, closer to the pyrotechnic show, we will position ourselves correctly for a good observation of the Fireworks.
Comfortable tins to snuggle in, strawberries and champagne will be served to customers, an experience we are sure you will not want to miss.
The pyromusical spectacles takes place each Saturday in June at 10.30pm, on Pontinha's outer jetty. These wonderful and exciting spectacles, each lasting approximately 20 minutes, combine fireworks and music into a unique experience for visitors and residents alike.
These shows put in competition companies that compete for a trophy awarded by public vote.
Meeting/pick-up point: Hotel pick-up.
Pick-up time: Hotels in Machico and Santa Cruz: between 7.45 pm and 8pm. Hotels in Caniço: between 8pm and 8.15pm. Hotels in Funchal: between 8.15pm and 8.30pm.
Duration: Cruise 2 hours. Fireworks and music show last about 20 to 30 minutes.
Start/opening time: The cruise departs at 9pm.
End/closing time: Cruise ends approximately at 11pm.
Opening days/period: Only on Saturday in June.
