Just north of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno is the Cerro Earwigs have a small network of hiking trails that lead to panoramic viewpoint above a protected cove which is excellent for snorkeling. You can also see the city from this view.
Continuing from Cerro Earwigs takes you past a statue of Charles Darwin and finally Carola Beach. Famous for its light house at the point of Playa Carola is a good place to swim with sea lions and sunbathing.
