Información

We started the tour in the Seminary Park - also popularly called Las Iguanas Park, for the reptiles that live there; the place has its natural charm with trees and an artificial lagoon in which colourful fish swim.

We go to the Metropolitan Cathedral - The Cathedral stands on the site where the first church was the New City.

Then we go to the Administration Square - The Arosemena passage is one of the urbanistic values of the Plaza. It crosses the Municipal Palace, in a route in which the visitor can admire the cover of iron and glass with decorative stained glass; And the images of the caryatids that flicker their pillars, made by the artist Emilio Soro Lenti. Around there we can appreciate the Nahim Isaiah Museum, monuments such as: A Sucre, La Fragua de Vulcano, the Fountain of Glory and Grace. We will see the Torre Morica known as Torre and the Monument to the Liberators Simon Bolivar and San Martin - La Rotonda along the Malecón 2000.

Our tour ends in the patrimonial and very relevant area of Guayaquil Las Peñas - El Cerro Santa Ana, in addition, is a tourist area, whose access is given by the stairs Diego Noboa, which has 444 steps, in which there are squares, roundabouts, Museums, chapel, lighthouse, art galleries, craft shops, cybercafés, bars and restaurants. We go to the side of Santa Ana hill and at the beginning of Numa Pompillo Llona we will find Plaza Colón Fortín de la Planchada, where two large canyons from the Republican period of Ecuador are currently exhibited.

We headed to the Historical Park. It is a cultural, environmental, educational, recreational and tourist space that refers to the ancient Province of Guayaquil, which emerged at the end of the colonial era and the beginning of the republican, which comprised almost the entire coastal region of Ecuador. Thematic base of the Historical Park is divided into three distinct areas: Wilderness Area, Urban - Architectural Zone and Zone of Traditions.
