Achaca, cane and caninha is the name given to sugarcane liquor, a typical Brazilian alcoholic drink. It is used as cocktail in the Brazilian most famous drink, "caipirinha". You will visit a local distillery of cachaça, where you can see how it’s done and taste different exotic flavours. Learn the art of making the real cachaça! Enjoy visiting the fermentation vats, oak barrels, copper stills, the fermentation process and, at the end, tasting different kinds of cachaça and liqueurs.
