Become well acquainted with the Bulgarian country life during this half-day excursion. Your first stop is the church “Holly Assumption of Virgin Mary” at village of Obrochiste, built in the far 1883. The wooden iconostasis and the icons will fascinate you with their warmth and vibrant colorful scenes. During your stop at the near village of Carkva, you will witness how the barrels, where the wine matures, are made. Batovo is the next village, you will visit. Tourists will see how an old fulling-mill works and what the villagers were using it for and taste some homemade honey.
