Experience the Christmas atmosphere in Strasbourg with a magical two day tour, you will enjoy of a guided walking city tour, you’ll browse and buy gifts at the oldest traditional Christmas Market in France. A full day experience will complete the discover of the region on the wine route and the visit of Haut-Koenisbourg Castle and the amazing city of Colmar.
Day 1 :Your guide will welcome in Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles Hotel at 12.00pm. Then enjoy a local speciality lunch with your guide at a Strasbourg restaurant with an Alsacian atmosphere. Guided tour of Strasbourg to discover the remarkable architectural monuments of the "Capital city of Europe" (2h)
Free time to explore all the magnificence and magic of Christmas, you can enjoy a visit of one of the largest Christmas market in Europe. Since 2013, the Christmas market has hosted Croatia and invites you to discover all the beauty of Croatia in the Croatian village. Dinner at your expense in Strasbourg and accommodation in the hotel.
Day Two: Pick up at 9am at your hotel. Leave Strasbourg in the direction of the most famous French ""Route des Vins"" , the journey is followed by the visit (audio-guided) of the Haut-Koenisbourg castle built in the XII century. This charming castle is located at 757 m height and has all the assets of a fortress. Before finishing the journey, free time to visit Colmar and lunch (at your expense).
