Combining Turkish food and three cooking classes with a sight-seeing tour of Istanbul, Antalya and Cappadocia, this six night package includes no long bus rides, just domestic flights so, less time is spent on travelling and more on appreciating the beauty of the landscape and the delicious flavors of Turkish cuisine.
Day 1 - Istanbul Tour- Arrival Day – Welcome Dinner

Arrival into Istanbul and transfer from the airport to your hotel. A welcome drink and chat with gourmet experts in Turkish cuisine is available after your arrival. Tonight you will have a welcome dinner, be introduced to our friendly crew and other travelers while enjoying traditional Turkish food and the mystical atmosphere of Istanbul at night. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2 – Istanbul City Tour - Turkish Cooking Lesson Istanbul

After a morning orientation sightseeing tour of Istanbul, you participate in your first Turkish cooking lesson, preparing lunch and tasting various flavours of Turkey from different regions. After lunch we visit Topkpai Palace, the great palace of the Ottoman sultans between the 15th and 19th centuries and housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. Moving on to the Sultanahmet Imperial Mosque built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, it is known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles.
After this we visit the Hippodrome, scene of chariot races, with the three monuments, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Ending at approximately 5pm we return to the hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 - Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise - Istanbul fly to Antalya

After breakfast and check-out we depart at 8:30am for the Bosphorus Cruise tour. Enjoy the array of sites you can see from the boat while sailing between the European and Asian shores of this important waterway. After the tour we depart for Istanbul Ataturk airport for the domestic flight to Antalya (approx. 1 hour flight). Transfer from airport and check in to your hotel in Antalya late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Antalya.
Day 4 - Antalya Duden waterfalls Tour - Cooking Lesson

After breakfast we visit the Duden Waterfalls, a short journey from the centre of Antalya and a beautiful spot where the Duden River extends from the Taurus Mountains all the way to the Mediterranean and creates two cascades known as the Upper and Lower Duden Waterfalls. This is followed by lunch before we return to the hotel for the cooking lesson. Today we will taste the Mediterranean flavours; the Mediterranean kitchen is famous for its salads and mezzes. Finish approx. 4pm. Overnight in Antalya.
Meeting/pick-up point: Transfer from Ataturk airport to your hotel is included; if you arrive to Sabiha Gokcen airport there is an extra charge.
