Meeting/pick-up point: Turin Express Tour: outside Milan train station. The meeting point is inside the covered portico, which serves as the main entrance to the railway station and the M2 and M3 Subway Lines, under the big round clock at the far right end, leading to Piazza Luigi di Savoia. Please note that there are two clocks in the station portico, looking at the entrance, one on the right and one on the left, the representative will wait for you under the one on the right side.
Milan by Night Tour: Piazza del Duomo. Arriving by metro or tram: Piazza del Duomo is reachable by metro lines 1 (red) and 3 (yellow) and tram numbers 2, 3, 12, 19 and 27. The stop is “Duomo.” When exiting from the metro, the "via Torino" and "via Mazzini" exits are the closest to Mondadori, but any exit will lead you to the piazza itself where you will see the Cathedral. When facing the front (façade) of the Cathedral, the Mondadori shop will be under the arched walkway on the right.
Arriving by taxi: notify the driver to take you to Piazza del Duomo. Once in the piazza, face the front entrance (façade) of the Cathedral. The Mondadori shop will be under the arched walkway on the right.
Duration: The train journey duration is 1 hour. The tour duration is 13.5 hours.
Start/opening time: The train from Milan to Turin leaves at 9:05am. The train from Turin to Milan leaves at 3:30pm. The tour in Milan starts at 7:30pm.
End/closing time: Turin Express Tour: at 4:50pm at Milan Central Train Station. Milan by Night Tour: at 10pm outside the Sforza Castle.

Dress code: The dress code for the aperitivo portion of the afternoon tour is smart casual. The restaurant does not permit athletic or sports uniforms, torn clothing, slippers, beach sandals, and flip-flops. Gentlemen must avoid shorts, and open shoes. However, comfortable shoes are recommended considering that there is a fair amount of walking during the walking part of the tour. We cannot be held responsible for refused entry due to improper dress.
Others: Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour.
It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 15 minutes prior to departure time, in order for our representative to provide train tickets and accompany you to your seats on the train. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
Our coordinators will be wearing blue polo shirts or jackets to be easily recognizable at the meeting point.
This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend brining a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather.
The participation on this tour will be refused to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or staff.
It is not possible to visit the real Holy Shroud, but a faithful copy of the original.
