Xplor Fire: A 3.1 mile circuit through the spectacular paths of Xplor jungle and its fascinating underground cave system. You’ll find a cascading waterfall, gravity-defying rope bridges, two river fords, 10 caves, awe-inspiring views and a crocodile pit.

Board a raft and paddle headlong on a rushing underground river as you discover 580 yards of underground caverns with awe-inspiring stalactites and stalagmites created by the passing of time and erosion of the living rock by aeons of dripping water. Then don a lifejacket and swim down a crystal clear underground river with some surprises awaiting you along the way. Fly through the treetops as you enjoy spectacular birds eye views of the park from our two zip line courses before plunging 30 feet underground into a natural sinkhole.

Discover the secrets surrounding the enigmatic architecture of Chichén Itzá and admire its most famous vestige, the pyramid of Kukulcán, testimony to the high mathematic and astronomical precision achieved by the Maya. Even today surprising events occur, such as the shadowy descent of the feathered serpent during the equinox, and the mysterious sound affects you can hear echoing during your tour.

Meeting/pick-up point: Pick-up from hotels located in the hotel area of Cancun. For all hotels located in the centre of Cancun, you must make your way to the meeting point for pick-up in front of the bakery located at Plaza Malecon Americas, Number 13 and 14 Mz. 1, SM 6, at 7:20am.

Opening days/period: Xenses Tulum, Xplor Fire and Xichen: Monday to Saturday. Xcaret and Xel-há: daily.
Medical restrictions: Xense Tulum: activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, persons with recent surgeries or with back pain. Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women.
Min. Weight: Xplor Fire: 40kg.
Max. Weight: Xplor Fire: 250kg.
Others: Xcaret: children 0 to 4 years are free, children 5 to 11 pay half price of the adult presenting an ID, same should be shown when boarding the tour. In case children don’t have ID, height policy will applied. Children under 1 meter are free, children 1 meter to 1.40 meter pay half price of the adult, children 1.41 meter pay as an adult.
Xplor Fire: children under 5 or shorter than 1 metre cannot partake.
Xichen: free admission for children under 4 years old (must show an ID to verify their age when boarding). Children aged 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket (must show ID at the ticket office of the Park).
We recommend: Xenses Tulum, Xcaret and Xichen: use comfortable beachwear, a towel and swimming suit, bring extra cloths. Your sunscreen and insect repellent should be free of the following chemicals to be use in the Park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octyl Ssalicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane. In case you do not comply with this requirement, you will receive a free chemical sunscreen sample at our information booths in exchange of yours; which you will get back at the end.
Xplor Fire: swimsuit, comfortable clothes and shoes, water shoes and Towel.
Xcaret: extra activities have an extra cost such as: scuba diving, swim with dolphins, sea trek, snorkeling tour.
Package also includes box lunch on board the transportation.
