This trip gets you up close to Aruba’s dramatically rugged coastline along the Andicuri Trail. Your vehicle for the day is a UTV – a bit like a cross between a golf buggy and a quad bike. It’s the best way to get to Andicuri Beach, on Aruba’s isolated north-eastern coast. When you arrive, you’ll see the powdery sands, which are flanked by rocky formations, and the powerful waves that make this secluded cove a big hit with body-boarders. Later, you’ll make photo stops at the ruins of a 19th-century gold mine, and at the bright yellow Chapel of Alto Vista. The last stop of the day is at the California Lighthouse, which watches over Arashi Beach on Aruba’s north-western tip.
