This evening out lets you spend the night at a local family’s farm, where you’ll learn about their produce before settling down to stargaze. You’ll be driven to Verde Aurora, a traditional finca – or farmhouse – that produces aloe vera and olive oil products. You’ll be taken on a tour around the grounds, passing by the plantations and workshops, where you’ll be treated to demos and tasters. Then, the main event takes place once the sun has set. Because it’s out in the sticks, away from the lights of the towns, the farm is an ideal place to see the stars. There’ll be a talk by an astrology expert, who’ll also help you spot the constellations through a telescope. A farm-fresh dinner will be served while you’re enjoying the starry scenes.
