Redeem address: Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, Shop 310-312 (Beng Seng Travel), Shun Tak Centre, 200 Connaught Road, Hong Kong.
Redeem point schedule: Daily from 7 am to 1 am.
Meeting/pick-up point: Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal.
Duration: 60 Minutes.
Start/opening time: Day Sailing Service : 7am – 5pm (Departure every 15 Minutes).
Night Sailing Service : 5:30pm – 11:30pm
Drop-off location: Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal.
-End/closing time: Midnight.
Frequency: Departure every 15 Minutes.
Possible amendments: 1. Scheduling is subject to change depending on peak and off-peak periods and Hong Kong/Macau Public Holidays.
2. Ticket will be canceled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No 8. or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund.
Required documentation: E-ticket / Identity Card / Passport Others: 1. You will receive E-ticket within 48 hours.
2. Sails every 15 minutes between HONG KONG (Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal) and MACAU (Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal) from 7am to midnight (Schedule is subject to change and additional sailings may be added at peak hours.)
3. Each passenger is allowed 1 piece hand carry luggage up to a maximum of 20kgs with size not exceeding 56cm X 36cm X 23cm.
