Meeting/pick-up point: Pick-up from the Cancun’s hotel area. The other customers will be picked-up from the meeting point in front of the bakery located at Plaza Malecon Americas, Number 13 and 14 Mz. 1, SM 6, at 7:20am.
Duration: Approximately 10 hours.
Start/opening time: Approximately at 7:30am.
End/closing time: Approximately at 6:30pm.
Languages: Spanish and English.
Min. Age: 5 years.
Max. Weight: 300 lbs.
Opening days/period: Monday to Saturday.
Not included: Souvenirs and snacks (extra cost).
Medical restrictions: Visitors with disabilities should always be accompanied by a family member or friend that can assist them at all times. Activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, persons with recent surgeries, back pain or who weigh more than 300 lbs. Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women.

Min. Weight: 39 Kg.
Others: Zip-lines have a minimum height requirement of 4.5 ft and a minimum weight requirement of 88 lbs.
Children 5 - 11 years old get half off the adult ticket price. An official ID must be presented at the Park’s ticket booths. In case this isn’t possible, the child’s rate will apply to those who measure between 3 and 4.5 ft.
In order to use professional and non-professional video cameras within the archaeological site, a fee must be paid at the entrance which goes directly to the government.
Please wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel. Remember to bring cash or a credit card.
Please use biodegradable sunblock and sunscreen.
