Río Secreto could very well be one of the great world wonders. Experience this stunning underground river with thousands of dramatic stalactites and stalagmites. It's like stepping back in time to witness something mysterious and truly spectacular.

Río Secreto Basic tour: Includes access to the Nature Reserve, groups of 10 people max., specialized guide, lockers, wetsuit, life jacket, helmet with lamp, towels, regional buffet, non-alcoholic drinks and transportation.

Rio Secreto Plus: Enjoy all of what Río Secreto includes, plus a visit to the Salón de la Paz (“Room of Peace”), where a spectacular light and sound show is projected on the natural formations. This experience is sure to transport visitors back in time to the very creation and evolution of the universe. Transportation included.

Meeting/pick-up point: Elite Lockers, Plaza Antigua, 10 Avenida Sur 10, Playacar, Playa del Carmen.
Duration: 3 hours approx.
Pick-up time: At 7:50am, 9:50am or 11:50am.
Start/opening time: At 9am, 11am or 1pm.
Opening days/period: Monday to Sunday - Basic service. Monday to Saturday - Plus service.
Medical restrictions: No recommended for persons with severe physical or motor disabilities, heart problems, women with risky pregnancies or people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Min. Age: Basic Tour: 4 years old. Plus Tour: 7 years old.
Max. Age: 65 years.
Max. Weight: 120kg.

Others: Bring swimming suit, comfortable clothing, water shoes.
Baby-sitter service available based on prior reservations and with additional cost, minimum age child 4-12 years old.
Photographic and video cameras are not allowed inside the cave system.

Use of chemical product such as sunblock, insect repellent, excessive make up, etc., is not allowed.
