Come and explore Ephesus with us, a journey full of rich history and culture! This Roman city is situated in the hills above the Aegean coast and is one of the best preserved archaeological sites in the world! Step into a time machine and experience life 2000 years ago! Be fascinated by the wonderfully preserved fountains, columns and temples! There is no better way to engage with the past life of the Romans! Admire the impressive Celsus Library, built with double walls to protect its precious scrolls from the heat! Take a glimpse into the terraced houses decorated with stimulating frescoes and mosaics, owned by some of the wealthiest people of their time. Explore areas such as the public baths, brothels and shops – whilst taking in the intricate marbled streets and environment around you! Then we shall stroll along Marble Street towards the Great Theatre. Built into the hillside, this theatre with a capacity of over 24,000 people was once filled with tremendous crowds to watch the heroic gladiators and to observe the sermons of St. Paul.

Then the trip stops for a delicious lunch before continuing to the nearby Isa Bey Mosque, a fine example of 13th Century Turkish architecture which was built using stones from Ephesus. Close by is the marvelous Temple of Artemis, which was once classed as one of the Wonders of the Ancient World and must definitely not go amiss! It truly is a miraculous building full of character and vibes from a time gone by.

The last stop of this sensational trip is the Ceramics factory, a fun and enjoyable visit- a perfect way to end an incredible day!
