Start the tour by participating in Taekwondo, a globally recognized sport and Korea's most representative martial art form. Here you'll learn how to defend yourself, while you improve both your physical ability and mental strength.
Afterwards, indulge your taste buds with Samgyetang, a variety of guk Korean soup, which literally means Ginseng Chicken Soup in English. It primarily consists of a whole chicken and Korean ginseng. The soup is usually served in the summer for its supposed nutrients, which replaces those lost through excessive sweating and physical exertion during the hot summers in Korea.
Next, we'll explore Insa-dong Street, an important place located in the heart of the city, where old but precious and traditional goods are on display. Within the alleys of this street are galleries, traditional restaurants, tea houses and cafes.
