You can tick ‘swimming with dolphins’ off your bucket list today. You’ll be taken to Ocean World, a huge adventure park in Cofresi Beach. Here, tucked among a string of restaurants, a casino and a marina, is a palm-edged saltwater enclosure next to the sea. This is where you’ll come face-to-face with a couple of beautiful bottlenose dolphins. You’ll get an hour with the animals, which includes a talk from a dolphin expert, some wet kisses and lots of rubbery hugs. The real highlight, though, comes at the end of the session. First, you’ll be treated to a pectoral ride, which involves a dolphin racing through the water with you holding on to their fin. Then there’s the foot push, where you’ll be pushed up above the water and sped along by your new friend.
