The market town of Morphou sits just over the border on the northwest coast of Cyprus. The area's known for its scenery and fruit production - more than half of Cyprus’s citrus fruits are grown here. One of the highlight on this excursion is a visit the former monastery of St Mamas, which combines Byzantine and Gothic architecture.
