War veterans, their families and those interested in the period of World War II can discover the region of Normandy and the infamous Landing Beaches.

Leaving Paris behind us we cross the western districts of the city as far as the Porte d'Auteuil. From here we take the motorway as far as Caen, stopping at the Caen Memorial Museum (known as the Peace Museum) where you take a commented visit followed by lunch.
After lunch we depart for the Landing Beaches via Pointe du Hoc, one of the most important German fortified sites along the coast. Pass by the American Cemetery and Memorial at Colleville-sur-Mer situated just below Omaha Beach and continue with a visit of a German artillery battery. Stop at Arromanches on the way to the Canadian memorial at Juno Beach before returning to Paris in the evening.
