Winter adventures with altitude and attitude, each option is designed for intermediate to advanced participants. Explore some of the best backcountry in California and Nevada on snowshoes. This is a wonderful adventure where you set your own pace.

Your snow adventure begins with a pickup at any local hotel. We will help your group with any rental needs, then shuttle you to your start point. You will enjoy the peaceful winter wonderland as you hike along the scenic trails. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking views of north Lake Tahoe's snowscape, and possibly viewing wildlife and the tracks they have left behind.

Meeting/pick-up point: Hotel pick up available upon request. One morning and one afternoon shuttle (if needed) is available 7 days per week.
Duration: All excursions are 2 hours except the horseback riding,1.5 hours.
Start/opening time: Hours of operation: 9am-4pm. Please call supplier 7 days prior to day of tour to reconfirm booking and also confirm time.
Languages: English.
Others: Guests must be at least 8 years old and no older than 70 years. Please note that the following information must be provided to supplier: any medical issues, cell phone number, email address, and note that a release form will need to be signed. Optional transport. Guest have to call to make arrangements. Suggested Clothing and Gear: Sub-Zero Winter Gear-No Cotton! / Wool Hat / Gloves / Shell Parka / Goggles / Gaiters / Water Proof Boots / Thermax-Gortex Underwear / Dry Towel / Change of Clothes. Maximum weight is 225 lbs.
