This City Centre Guest House is situated so it is easy to walk to all the central amenities. We offer budget single standard rooms up to newly re-furbished family rooms with Twin beds, large flat screen tv and en-suite. With 28 rooms we can also easily accommodate any change in plans and extend your stay. Parking on-site from £5 per night The key to the room also opens the front door so you can come and go as you please, there is no curfew here! Check-in closes at 9pm, after that time a key is left out in reception, and you have to show yourself to the room. After 11pm check-in there is a £10 fee, after 12am £20 fee and after 1am £30 fee to cover the staff costs. All rates include a cooked breakfast between 730am and 9am during the week, and 830am to 1000am at weekends. Free WiFi is available. We are VAT registered so all prices include VAT, therefore it may be possible for you to re-claim the 20%.
