The hotel is located in the heart of the old city in a quiet side street, a few steps from the historic DAM square, the central square of Amsterdam, with the Royal Palace and the New Church. The Central Station is about 5 min walking distance. Shopping and night life is, although it's quiet location, all around the hotel. It carries a rich history dating back to 1908. The Art-Deco style of the building can still be admired in the reception and lobby and emanates a classic atmosphere. The hotel is completely non-smoking.
