Cape Coral is a very prety and quiet location for a relaxing location. There is an intimate local beach with a cusual cafe overlooking the water. Fort Myers with its Gulf Beaches is a lively place with plenty of bars and restaurants and only a 10 to 15 min drive from Cape Coral. The homes are within easy reach of the Gulf Coast beaches and the restaurants and shops of Ft Myers and Ft Myers Beach. The homes can be located in either Cape Coral or Ft Myers, however both cities are next to each other and connected by a prominenta landmark called the Cape Coral Bridge.
