This half-day tour whisks you up into the mountains to the village of Guadalest, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The drive up is a scenic one, so keep your camera to hand for photo ops. As we weave our way up, your guide will give you the lowdown on the area, as well as little snippets about the traditional mountain villages we’ll pass along the way. You’ll have a few hours to explore Guadalest, which is perched on a rocky pinnacle above a valley. Keep an eye out for the old Moorish castle, or pop into the little museums or craft shops. On our way back, we’ll board a solar-powered catamaran for an hour-long boat ride around the dramatic Guadalest reservoir. Just so you know, the boat trip is dependent on the weather conditions.
