The 2014 Shell Advance Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix will be the 24th consecutive year motorcycle racing’s premier class competes in Malaysia (24-26 Oct 2014). Malaysia and motorcycle racing have a long connection. Throughout the years, there have been numerous winners in Malaysia across the various classes of bikes but they have all shared a common trait, being among the best riders in their classes. The list is studded with multiple world champions and some of them have completed a triple crown of wins in all categories.
By purchasing this ticket you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time:
1. Ticket buyers are responsible to note any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on infants in arms, children without tickets or min children admission age.
2. Ticket Buyer shall be responsible for all tickets they have received or collected. Lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets will not be replaced. As such, new tickets shall have to be purchased at prevailing ticket price at point of purchase, to gain entry to the event.
3. SIC is not obliged to reissue, exchange or compensate any damaged ticket. Damage ticket may result in non-entry to the race circuit/venue and ticket holder(s) hereby expressly agree that SIC has no liability to ticket holder(s) in the event of such non-entry, in tort or any other reasons whatsoever for any loss, damage or cost arising from any transport, travel, hardship, embarrassment, loss of time or loss of opportunity or any direct indirect or consequential loss arising from the non-entry.
4. All tickets will be verified at the entrance. SIC shall not be liable/held responsible for any unauthorized ticket reproduction. Entry may be refused if tickets have not been purchased from SIC or from authorized point–of-sales.
5. Motorsport can be dangerous. Ticket holder waives all rights and titles to any legal claim and voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the event including any accident, personal injury, death, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever in conjunction with his presence at the event.
6. Ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the race circuit or venue. The risks may include change in weather, the distance to/from public transport stations or parking area and the race circuit/venue, the situation on surface or underground, collision with on-site vehicles, equipment, personnel or other ticket holders. The ticket holder hereby clearly states that he will undertake all these risks or dangers, shall further undertake all risks of loss of properties in the race circuit/venue and agrees to release SIC and their respective agents and employees from any liability, regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during or after the event.
7. SIC may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop any event(s) due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
8. Patrons duly acknowledge that their entrance and presence at the Event(s) and at the Circuit are subject to the Conditions of Sale, Conditions of Entry, Ticket Terms & Conditions and any other additional regulations/info which could be obtained from www.sepangcircuit.com and those duly displayed around the Circuit. SIC reserves all right to change all Terms & Conditions and any other additional regulations/ info without prior notice to the Patrons and to refuse entry or remove any Patron from the Event(s) for any reason whatsoever.
Meeting/pick-up point: Transfer pick-up time to be advised. Please contact our destination office to confirm the pick-up time from hotel. Roundtrips transfer to Sepang International Circuit on race day only (26 Oct 2014, Sun).
Start/opening time: Entrance ticket to main grandstand on 24-26 Oct 2014. Please present your redemption voucher to the local driver before the transfer pick-up. Please note that no ticket will be issued without a valid voucher indicating our booking reference, guest full name(s), type of ticket, number of tickets (adult and child).

Others: Dress standards are conservative throughout Asia, especially outside major cities. To respect this and for your own comfort, we strongly recommend modest clothing. This means clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. Loose, lightweight, long clothing is both respectful and cool in the predominantly hot Asian climate. The event is free seating. Certain seat sections may be cordoned off for special private events. Tickets are only valid for first attempt to enter the gate area by scanning the ticket barcode. Tickets are non-transferable and is only for the use of ticket holder (as per name printed on redemption voucher).
