As the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huangdi ascended the throne at 13, when construction of his tomb began. The lay of the land from Lishan to Mount Hua is shaped dragon-like, Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum (Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor) is just at the eye of the dragon. Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses are world famous and attracting a large number of tourists. However, they are only a part of the yet unexcavated mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Join in the coach tour to explore the famous underground kingdom of the China’s first emperor.

This join-in day tour starts in the morning while the tour guide and driver pick you up from the hotel. It takes approximately one hour driving from downtown to Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses. Local professional guide will escort you to explore the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum from pit 1 to pit 3 and give you the detailed historical background of this famous world wonder as the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. You will be shocked by the vivid Terracotta soldiers and horses.

Later continue to discover the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, also the first emperor of China. The construction of this tomb began when Qin Shi Huangdi ascended the throne at the age of 13. On completion of his many conquests, he ordered 720,000 conscript laborers to hurry up on building his royal tomb. It is believed that the tomb consists of an interior city and an exterior city, many large-scale buildings housing precious treasures are said to be buried inside the tomb. After exploring this historical relic, enjoy lunch at local restaurant, and have a short visit at the Terracotta Replication Factory on the way back to downtown, where actually re-made terracotta soldiers, you will have the chance to get more knowledge of how to make a terracotta soldier.

To conclude the day tour, you will be dropped off at the hotel.
