Spend a night in old times before entering 2016!
Do you know what not to eat on the New Year´s Day you to be lucky? What to have in your pocket to have money the whole year? Why not to dry clothes the 1st day of the year? Why to eat pig´s nose? What is a million soup? Why you should not eat chicken on January 1st? And others and others….
We will be your guides through old Czech traditions and habits.
Program: Welcome drink: a pre-dinner glass of Cinzano
Amuse-bouche: a small surprise of Czech cuisine
Folklore show: 2.5 hour songs & dances & games
Soup: traditional potato soup with wild forrest mushrooms
Main course: meat in the oven according to grandmother´s recipe (pork neck, chicken drumsticks),assortment of fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes with fried onion, baked potatoes on fresh herbs.
Wine taster show: drawing and serving wine using a special pipette – so called „kostyr“ (a wine taster).
Dessert: apple dumpling – old-fasihioned, warm, flaky, sweet, and drizzled with a sauce that bakes right with them Unlimited drinks included (tap water, soft drinks, beer, wine.
Music show 23:50-0:00 count down with a glass of bubbly & fireworks. After midnight meal: lentil salad, smoked pork, cucumber. Music show till 1:00 AM (the end of the program)
